After I called for service on Father's Day Sunday, I received a call back from Seth within 20 minutes. While I know that the fast response is a result of lucky timing, I was most impressed by the professional manner in which Seth conducted himself. After arriving he listened to my explanation, went quickly to problem and made the correction. He then checked the entire system to insure it was operating within factory specifications. I appreciated the fact they put protective covering over his shoes as well. I will call Powell A/C again should the need arise, and I would be pleased of they send Seth again.

Jordan did a great job getting our AC running. Very polite, professional and knowledgeable technician. I signed up for annual maintenance because he was as good as I’ve had for this type of service. Great job Jordan and Powell HVAC!

Thermostat was set at 71 cooling A/C was at 84. Seth came out and fixed it in a short period time. Knew exactly what it was when I explained what was going on. It was a Capacitor, under warranty. Seth was very knowledgeable, professional and courteous! I would highly recommend this company and their wonderful staff .

We have been using Powell as our go-to AC company since we moved into our house 6 1/2 years ago. They are great! The technicians are polite, neat and never try to sell you something you don’t need. My thermostat went blank, so I checked the SAFE-T overflow 'float' switches... Sure enough, I had a blockage in the drainage system. I called Powell and spoke with Megan, who both advised me and arranged to have a technician come out. Joshua arrived on time, was very friendly and polite and got right down to business. He sorted out the drain issue immediately, but also ran diagnostics and did a pressure test. Then he went ahead and did a full service maintenance on the entire system! The outside unit was given a coil cleaning and any leaves were vacuumed out from within it. He then came inside to check the fan and cleaned the Evaporator core. Discussing my HVAC system with him was a blast. He knows his stuff and has a passion for it! He went above and beyond what was expected or even required and offered some very helpful insight and maintenance tips. I can't tell you how happy it makes me to see someone who is both passionate about what they do and quite willing to offer both knowledge and insight! HVAC is CRITICAL here in Florida, and this technician really made my day! Powell is a great company that I know I can depend on - and this technician is a shining example of the type of people they employ. My current system is relatively new, but I've been a customer of Powell Heating & Air for many years. They're people are top notch. Passionate, helpful and highly knowledgeable!!! A+

We experienced 3 very professional and knowledgeable men, Justin, Anthony, and Victor, who installed a new Daikon ac unit for us. They worked quietly and confidently at every step during the approximately 6 hours they were there. They cleaned up after themselves and answered all of our questions. I would highly recommend this team from Powell’s! They deserve 6 stars!

We just had three new AC units installed and the whole process took only about 5 1/2 hours. Powell scheduled two complete crews who were professional and organized so the job wasn’t nearly as ‘painful’ as I thought it would be! We have used Powell for 3 years for quarterly maintenance and would not use any other company!

Contacted them company because my unit was making loud noises almost appeared like a drum roll. Called the office they scheduled someone immediately the next day for a time that was convenient for me. The technician Bricen was excellent and very professional and courteous. I would give him 5 stars

We had a very fast response from Powell Heating and Air, both for emergency service on Sunday night and for the total replacement of our 13 year old unit 2 days later. The installation was done in a very efficient and professional manner and the installers, Anthony, Mike, and Jeremy, were very helpful in explaining everything about our new system. The service person who responded to our emergency call on Sunday night, Wes, was very thorough on his inspection of our broken unit and offered me several solutions.
We have had a yearly service contract with Powell for 15 years and have always been more than pleased with the fast and helpful service we have received, especially in the middle of a hot summer!!
