Trust the reviews! Incredible service! Joshua came to our home at 10pm and didn't leave until we had cold a/c at 1 am!! He had to discover an issue caused by a different provider. Ray arrived on time and provided excellent service to my A/C unit! He also took the time to explain the components and why my system operates the way it does! I have lived all over the United States, but I have NEVER experienced a company as RESPONSIVE as Powell Heating & Air! They have always provided very prompt service (often same day), and their work is of high quality. I would never consider using any other HVAC company --- Powell is simply the best!

Jason arrived within an hour or so, was very friendly, professional and told me exactly what my problem was. He quoted the cost upfront and when I gave him the ok, he went right to work. You never need to worry about calling this company I am new to the area here in St Augustine and had to call them 3 times . Every time on time, never make you wait very reliable.
