I have been a customer of Powell Heating & Air Conditioning for many years; however, recently I discovered my AC wasn't properly
cooling and within an hour they were to the rescue. Unfortunately, I had a major refrigerant leak and they needed to order a part. It was late, but Jordan jumped on my WIFI to get the part ordered and said it's possible it may take a day or so. I received a call the very next morning that the part had come in. My A/C repair was complete that day. The entire TEAM is professional, reliable and eager to please. So a big thank you to Andrew Gause, Jason, Jordan and Kay. The Powell Team Rocks!

After setting up the appt. for first time maintenance program. They called the day before to confirm and again the day of to let me know the technician, Josh, was on his way. Josh was polite and professional. Did a great job cleaning the system and was knowledgeable. He even put on boot covers when he came in the house. Highly recommended.

Seth is a rock star! Our AC died, leaving our house at 92 degrees inside. Another company came out and found that the part needed to fix it is currently on a 2 week back order. We called Powell for a second opinion, and Seth came out the next day. He ended up at the same conclusion, but went way above and beyond testing our unit until eventually managing to get the AC to run on a single stage (despite the bad board), buying us time as we wait for the part. We are tremendously grateful for his help and are now waiting for the replacement part while our house stays at a reasonable temperature. Thank you Powell AC and especially Seth!

Great job cleaning up old AC!

Just replaced the old AC as it had worn out. Replaced with Daikin variable speed system. So quiet and with my solar much higher efficiency.

Seth came out to diagnose our frozen AC unit within an hour and a half of a call to the office! He was professional, polite, and efficient. Couldn’t be happier with the service and quick response! He actually worked on two different residences for my family in the same week, and we were very happy with everything. We’ve used Powell for years and have always been happy with the company. Highly recommend!

Powell installed a new AC unit in our condo a year ago. It was a great experience then and todays check up and maintenance was another great experience! Jay, our technician, was professional, knowledgeable, very customer service orientated and we were very impressed with his overall service! Outstanding service!
Installed new Daikin HVAC system last year. It is incredibly quiet and efficient and has saved me $40-$50 every month.
Powell have been doing regular checks for maintenance/service since they installed the system. All technicians have been on time, professional, friendly, outstanding.
