I called Powell yesterday, Wednesday and they promptly came out today. Bricen listened to the problem, explaining what was wrong. Checked the AC unit, corrected the problem in a timely , efficient manner. I will use Powell for my maintenance and any issue’s in the future. Bricen is an awesome technician!

What an awesome company! Everyone I encountered was friendly. The office staff was super helpful and made several reminder calls, even the Friday before my Monday appointment and the hour before to remind me. And the technician, Jay, was on time, friendly, super helpful and informative, and treated our system like it was his own. He was very concerned with our comfort and satisfaction. My previous HVAC company was an absolute disaster (too many issues to list here). After they couldn’t figure out the issue (and they got paid for essentially nothing) Powell identified the problems with my HVAC and mini split and had me up and running the same day I called them. Customer service was solid too (Powell actually answered their phone). Would recommend Powell to family and friends for sure.

Been a satisfied customer of Powell since moving to Florida in 2010. Utilize their twice a year maintenance package for peace of mind. AC unit is 14 years old so knew replacement was near. Unit needed a capacitor replaced a month age. Yesterday was decision day after Seth's normal maintenance showed unit struggling. A quick quote with multiple options fully explained, decision made and new unit and crew arrived at 7:45 this morning. Unit being installed now. Avoided the summer rush and hope to enjoy the reduced electric bill do to much greater efficiency. Highly recommend.

Powell installed our system over 17 years ago and we have been doing business with them ever since. Today Bricen answered our service call (on same day) for a faulty thermostat. He quickly analyzed the problem and corrected it. Great job. Thanks Bricen.

Powell Heating and Air Conditioning, Inc have been servicing my Residence for 18 years, in fact they are the original installers of my two (2) HVAC units. I could not have chosen a better company than Powell.
The Service Technicians have all been very professional, The Technician that I had today was Jason Rivera and he went far beyond his call of service. He was polite, Responsive, Decent, knowledgeable, committed and very professional. In my view he will definitely be a great asset to to Powell Heating and A/C.

Bricen was amazing, friendly, helpful and empathetic that my home was 85 on the inside! He also came after hours and was positive and seemed genuinely happy to help us. Literally came to our rescue. What an asset you have with a worker like Bricen. I can’t say enough nice things about him and this experience.

Both technicians Jason and Seth were professional, punctual and skillful. The problems identified in the routine maintenance were addressed and repaired in a timely manner. All service was covered under our warranty. Excellent job.

Jay has always been informative and helpful when doing maintenance on my ac. As a first time home buyer of an older home, I really appreciate how Jay makes time to explain things without making it feel as though it is a lecture. Making an appointment is easy and everyone I have ever interacted with had always been polite and considerate of my time. I will continue to use Powell for all of my AC needs. I definitely recommend Powell!

We used Powell for a renovation update to relocate lines etc. Justin and Tony were hands down awesome! Not only was their work beyond top notch, Justin also discovered a concern with the air handler in the attic and saved us from a water leak/roof collapse! We would highly recommend Powell to everyone!
