Kron & West Air Conditioning

We had just moved into our new condo and the AC went out. It was decided to get a whole new system, due to the age of the old one. An appointment was made and the estimator came on time. The very next day, two techs came and replaced the entire system.

They were on time, very professional and polite as well. They worked efficiently and made sure to clean up everything, before they left, when the job was completed. Kron & West, gave us a great price for a new system and great service too.

I have just recently moved into a condo which had an a.c./ heating unit installed by this company about a year ago by the prior owner. Since I was not aware of the exact condition of this unit currently, I called to have someone perform a maintenance checkup, which, by the way, was part of the warranty package paid for by the prior owner. Cyrus was the technician who showed up and he was prompt, very courteous, friendly, and thorough. When he opened the panel where the blower unit was located, he showed me how and where to check for mold and he also showed me how the device works to shut itself down if the condensation drain is not working. He was very informative and answered all the questions I had related to the this system in my residence. I was impressed by the maintenance check I received for my unit and I will definitely be using them in the future.

Brian serviced both AC units, cleaned them and educated me as to monthly maintenance of both units. He wore a mask, was very efficient, knowledgeable and cleaned up his work space. I am very happy with the entire experience and our AC is working great! Thank you!

We called Kron & West to look at a problem with our pool heater. The HVAC Performance Specialist who came out was Herbert Howard and he did an exceptional job of diagnosing the problem. The possible solutions were either expensive or "do nothing" and he gave us ethical advice that was pivotal in helping us come to a decision on what to do. He also impressed us by talking so favorably about Kron & West as a company and how happy he was to be working there now after working for some less good companies. It is unusual to hear front line employees volunteering such favorable opinions about their employers, and this really increased our confidence in Kron & West.

The overall solution required a second visit and on this second visit an additional Service Mechanic, Brian Bartlett, joined Mr. Herbert to complete the job. Mr. Bartlett's skill and demeanor also reflected very favorably on Kron & West.

All around great company! Professional team and affordable price. Corey was fantastic. He was the rep. Didn't feel sales pitchy which is huge for me. We had another company come out before and the experience was horrible. With Corey we knew we were in good hands. He was a real problem solver and made sure we were happy all the way through the project. And we certainly had a few problems to solve!!
Super happy with our decision and are now sitting comfortably in our home. The team that came out to do the work were also very courtesy and professional. I would recommend to anyone in the market for a new system or even to fix an existing one!!

John III, arrived exactly on time. His task was to remove the air handler component and clean the build up of dirt accumulated over the past 8years, plus perform the 6 month service on the HVAC and replace filters. John went above and beyond the air handler clean, by cleaning all wires and surrounding areas which had a dirt buld up. He also checked the immediate ducts for dirt, which were OK.
John was a pleasure to work with. He kept me informed constantly as to what he was doing, and showed me the difference once the cleaning was complete. Everything looked brand new!
