Kron & West Air Conditioning

I purchased my unit from Kron & West years ago and have had them out every 6 months for preventative maint since. They have always been on time and professional but the service tech that has been sent out the last couple of times Brian Bartlett is the best I've had. He is very thorough and an asset to the company. If you have a chance to request someone. He will not disappoint.

Over Christmas my 16 year old AC unit froze up. I called Kron West AC to service my unit. After doing a through inspection of my unit and even crawled through my attic to inspect my duct work. They explained my options and I determined it was time to replace my old AC system. They made a phone call and with an hour Bob Shiminske their Comfort Consultant arrived and took measurements and made his professional recommendation. This was on Wednesday and he said he could have installers do the install from 8am to 3pm on Saturday. We scheduled the install.

On Saturday I had my new carrier ac unit installed by Kron West AC. As promised by Bob the Installers Alex and Mitch showed up on time at 8am and were finished at the promised time of 3pm. Their knowledge and expertise were impressive. They had no issues removing and installing my old and new equipment. They even went above and beyond the scope of their assessment and repaired duct work leaks they discovered while connecting the air handler. My airflow has double due to their professionalism. They covered the tile and rugs and left both inside and outside clean and in order. I couldn’t even tell they had been in my house and yard. On Monday Bob came by to check if all went well and did I have any issues, problems or questions. I let him know how pleased I was with both the service men as well as the installers. I couldn’t be happier. Should you need AC work of any kind I highly recommend Kron West AC. You will be glad you called. I know I am.

Kron & West has given us eleven years of excellent service and maintenance. Our system needed to be replaced, and Bob Shiminske, the same representative I used over a decade ago, designed our new system and made certain that we were taken care of 100%. I have never experienced a company that worked so hard to solve an A/C problem. The staff is totally wonderful. The technician who solved the problem and fixed the A/C was Herbert H. He was quick, smart, and without him, the cost would have been much higher. He gave us some great tips and solved our problem. YAY!!

Have been working with Kron & West for about 13 years and have never had an issue. Always fair. AC stopped working few weeks back rather than trying to sell me a whole new system based on age offer after market blower motor for the fraction of the cost. Came out and replaced on Saturday in about 45 minutes. When it is time to replace unit will be going through Kron & West

I am SO glad that I found this company when I needed a larger AC unit installed 5 years ago! They are ALWAYS responsive the few times I've had issues- today, a Saturday, I called around 6 p.m. because my air stopped working. Marina ( an owner) took my call and technician Jason was here by 8 p.m. The AC was fixed in less than 30 minutes. Jason was awesome! Thanks, Kron and West, for always being there when I need you!

Brad K. has been keeping up with our service contract for many years after Kron & West installed our new A/C system.
