Kron & West Air Conditioning

This seems like a good company that won't do you wrong. My AC went out yesterday, and around 4:30 I decided I couldn't handle it myself, so I called Kron. They sent out a team, and my AC was back to blowing cold an hour and a half after I made the call. What more can you ask for? I'll call them again if I ever have any trouble.

The sales consultant Corey was very thorough in listening to my goals and visually inspecting the home for the equipment that would best suit my heating and cooling needs. High performance equipment wouldn’t be without a great installation. The installation teams Kron and West scheduled for the job were awesome. I would like to thank Joe the field supervisor, and the install techs Marvin, Nick, Casey and Jesse for a job well done.

Brian was just at my place and explained things about my HVAC system that no one ever explained to me before. And I've owned homes in two other states. I was impressed by his level of service and professionalism. I highly recommend this company. They're very honest and trustworthy.

We have been a Kron and West customer for a number of years. When it came time to replace our 14 year old AC system there was no question but that We would use Kron and West. On installation day our installers arrived punctuality at 8AM and were done by 3. They wrwe very clean in their work and we are very happy with our new system.

I have used Kron and West for my air conditioning services for over 20 years. They are reliable and honest. My most recent service mechanic was Brian Bartlett. He did an excellent job with the service and was very through.

Brian showed up for my 6 month check up. They were very professional in doing the job. He also gave me some pointer and the direction my vents should be pointing,fan direction and the cleaning of my drain lines. Would ask for him again. I had this unit placed a year ago and they are a great company.

I have to say I am glad I got the 10 year maintenance agreement when I got the system as Kron just did a major repair to it. Brian the technician that came out with Luis was absolutely great, he took out the time to explain in detail what the repair was about. Thanks guys and cheers to Brian.
