After an amazing install experience I had a temporary outage (Apparently due to a weather/Power issue!). I called Kron & West and they immediately returned my call. Jason was here in under an hour (on a rainy Friday evening in the heat of summer) and immediately diagnosed the issue and carefully tested the system. Everything is working so thank you Jason for both your help and answering my questions and also thanks to the Kron & West team!

Kron & West provides exceptional service!!! I had issues with the ducts in my newly purchased home and they sent a team out to assess and replace as needed. I also had issues with my heat and they were super responsive and solved the issue the same day. The technicians were knowledgeable and professional. I would highly recommend Kron & West!

After I bought my new system about five years ago at my old house from Kron & West, I knew there was still only one company to call for my new house when looking at my options.

The current system is so old it doesn't even have a serial number and wasn't keeping up with the heat of the day. Herbert, the technician that came out last night was pleasant and professional, even at 8pm. I didn't put the call in until after 4:30pm and the gentleman on the phone was great to deal with as well. Herbert and I discussed my options and he even gave me tips for inside the house regardless of cleaning the old or buying a new system. After deciding to get a price quote instead of cleaning, the tech went to his car and called to schedule an appointment for a sales person. Bob was at my house at 8am the next day.

I worked with Bob at my previous house and he remembered me and the system I had put in five years ago. Bob went around the house after examining the current system, explained my current duct situation along with the filter set-up. Again, regardless of buying anything, Bob explained what I needed to do to help the current system run more efficiently. He even opened up some of the vents he noticed that were not completely open.

Kron & West is a class act and will have my business for as long as I'm a Floridian!

Wlliam and his co-worker came and worked on our A/C units. Turned out to be a little trickier than we thought. Three hours later everything was back up and running ! They were professional and friendly and explained what was going on. We are extremely happy with the service we received and will continue to use this outstanding company ! John was the technician that provided maintenance service on my unit. He was thorough, explained what he was seeing, what he needed to do, and was very professional. I strongly recommend them. Great company with excellent techs!
