We highly recommend Kron and West. When our AC went out everyone we dealt with was fantastic. The tech who first came to the house was very knowledgeable and gave us our options. Then Bob, their comfort specialist, came and we ultimately decided to replace the unit. We never felt any pressure during the process. When the guys came for the installation, it was completed efficiently and quickly and when they left everything was spotless. They went the extra mile and assisted us with contacting Duke Energy with regard to the rebates available. We will always use and recommend Kron & West.

Super responsive. Extremely skilled. Did a thorough and detailed job. Treated the AC unit as if it was in their own home. True professionals. Herbert Howard was my technician and is phenomenal. Company owner, Marc Kron, is a high integrity guy and runs a first class company.

Brian Bartlett came today for my 6 months inspection and maintenance visit. He went well beyond the normal actions for this appointment and helped me with the draining issues. He gave me good advice for how to keep the unit running well...routine things I could do.
So all in all, I was quite pleasantly surprised at the time and concern he showed during the visit. Real nice guy to boot.

Found this Air Conditioning Company and happy to say there are honest and professional HVAC mechanics still out there! I have been working with Brian Bartlett for several maintenance appointments and he is professional with his guidance to keep my current unit running. I had a twenty year old system that Kron & West installed that I recently had to replace. They suggested a High efficiency Carrier system. I am so pleased with my new air conditioning system. The installers were so professional, clean and neat. I was very impressed with their work. I am also extremely happy with my equipment. My electric bill has never been so low.
The air quality is wonderful, when I walk into my house I can feel the crisp, cool air blowing. It is amazing. I would highly recommend them for anyone that needs professional quality air conditioning work done.

I had the service mechanic Brian Bartlett come out today for our Spring check up. He is so personable and very thorough with servicing the inside and outside units. What a sincere nice young man. I always request him. But anyone that comes out has always been great. We had them put our new units in and have been very satisfied.

We recently had a new air conditioner and duct work installed in our home. Prior to the decision, Mark the owner of Kron visited our house and thoroughly detailed the options for fixing our system. He was very honest and helpful with his opinion. The technicians, CJ and Mitchell, were at our home for a week on the job were extremely professional, friendly, honest and hard working. They went out of their way to meet our needs. They kept us informed on the progress of the job frequently and kept the house well cleaned up after leaving each day. They replaced a vent in our ceiling unrelated to the job per our request so it would match the new ones. They also moved a stand from one system to the other due to rusting free of charge. The system is working well and we are happy with the results. We would definitely recommend Kron and West.

We just replaced one of our two air conditioners with Kron & West Air Conditioning. We could not be more pleased with the professional installation and the quick response we had to fix or replace our unit. They kept us cool waiting for our new unit to arrive and installed it exactly when they said they would and left with no trace of even being here. We have 2 units and because we are so pleased with this new Carrier unit we are going to replace our second one too. Kron & West did an excellent job, they were clean, quiet and efficient and all is working as planned. I would highly recommend them.
