Absolutely fantastic service, 5 stars!! The service man arrived ahead of schedule in a clean van wearing a clean uniform and was very professional. He explained everything and checked my entire AC system. No attempt was made to sell me up on a bunch of stuff that I didn't need. VERY satisfied. ..
I have used Burgess Heating and Air for the last seven years to service my two Trane units. Their service personnel have always been professional and helpful.
They also installed a new Trane unit a year ago and did a great job. I highly recommend them for new installations, repairs and maintenance.
Very well trained service men that are polite and tell you what is wrong with your unit. Been very happy with their service since the day I walked past their booth at the mall. Great service man today and they arrived quickly, even though this was a holiday weekend.
If I could rate this company with no stars I would! How this company is known as one of the top HVAC companies baffles me. They do NOT stand behind their work and try to push blame on everyone else but them. Well, our AC was replaced 2 years ago by Burgess and since then we've had to have an HVAC tech come out every year to fix it. They used the old copper lines that were already in the house and connected those to smaller lines, which anyone knows won't work. Their welds do not hold longer than a year, so now we have freon leaking and the AC is freezing up. We now have to have another company come replace the lines because this company does not stand behind their work. I guess if I did crappy work, I'd try to blame other people to. This company is ridiculous and shouldn't even be rated 1 star. I wrote a review about them last year for this same exact reason. The AC was still under warranty then and they would not come out to fix the AC until I removed the review. Well this time, that isn't going to happen. People need to know this company is a rip off, their work isn't acceptable, and they do not honor their warranties or stand behind their work. The lady in the office who answers the phone has to be one of the rudest people I've ever talked to. So good luck to anyone who has to deal with this company.
