No show after waiting for 4 hours and 45minutes on a scheduled maintenance. Calls to their office just put me on hold, one person in their office couldn’t find me on the schedule, the second one did. After telling them I could not wait another hour or two, I was told I could take my business elsewhere. What appallingly bad customer service.
We had an emergency (our A/C began leaking in 2 places & water was everywhere) and Burgess had a technician out to our house within the hour! The service was successful and the tech was knowledgeable and professional. We highly recommend Burgess Heating and Air!

Wonderful service!! Tom was here well within the time frame. He was friendly and knowledgeable. He explained what was wrong and why in a language I could understand and took the time to answer all my questions. Exceptional service from Tom and Burgess!
I use Burgess for all my AC needs with Trane products. I use James as my service tech because I trust him to take care of my needs. And Gail and Laura in the office are so professional to deal with. Great crew Randy !!!
Brandon did a great job... he explained each step he took in diagnosing the problem. He installed a "Hard Start Kit" in an attempt to resolve the intermittent compressor start issue. He was courteous and willingly listened to our concerns and addressed each. For the record, two weeks ago another tech installed a new capacitor on the 2014 compresdor unit attempting to resolve. We hope he "Hard Start" resolves the problem.
I found them very helpful and communicative. I cannot thank our ac people enough to help us stay comfortable in these hot temps. They are very busy...so be patient.
Called after work that my AC was not cooling. I called Tiesha, who was probably the most personable and nice person I have ever spoken with over the phone. James called me right away and when he arrived at my house he couldn’t have been nicer, he explained everything he was doing, showing me the readings on his gadgets and dohickies and had me all fixed up in about a half hour. It is good to now know who I can call if I ever need AC work. Thank You Burgess !!!
Brandon took his time to explain the possible issues with the AC and he was very quick and efficient. Being 4th of July that was good since we were having family coming over and his efficiency and good nature made this an even more pleasant experience. Thanks Brandon and Burgess!
