Burgess Heating and Air

Have been a customer for 6 years since moving to Florida. Burgess A/C techs have all been very thorough and professional in performing maintenance and repair work. I always feel they have done a great job at a fair price.

We've always had great service. Last week our a/c quit and James came out at 6:30 pm on a Friday and worked until 8:30 to get our problem fixed. He's been to our house before and is really good. After a long, hot day, it was really nice that he took the time to stay so late. James is an asset to Burgess and we thank him!

After some communication issues the office contacted me to address my concerns and sent out Akil to quote and complete the work. He was very professional, walked me through the issue and completed the work talking me through the process and providing pictures of what was done. He did an excellent job.

Decided to get Level 10 maintenance on my AC because it’s honestly worth doing what’s necessary to extend the life of your unit. Appointment was easily made and the technician, Rick, was professional, informative and thorough. Overall good experience with Burgess!

Travis was very professional and kind and got my AC working to the capacity it was meant to. Had an install with another ac company that didn’t weld correctly and it was leaking refrigerant. Thought it was me just me complaining of being too hot. But, after this summers heat couldn’t take it called Burgess and they fixed it right up. It is already so much cooler after they just left. Should have done this sooner.

This is my first time using them but not my last. I have seen their trucks in my community of 5000 condos many times but had never tried them. They are sooo professional. The 2 young men that came to install my a/c were so courteous, not only to me but to each other as they were working. They were so efficient also. Their pricing is very competitive too. I just don't have anything negative to say about them. Just use Burgess for a/c needs!!!!

Great place and I love what they do at 3rd Friday

Had a problem with our Heat/AC called Monday,Travis came on Monday during time frame we were given, but didn't have the part. It was ordered and we could have had it done the next day but we wouldn't have been home so it was scheduled for Wed. Travis came during the time frame
between 2-6, arrived at 2 and the problem was fixed and everything done by 2:30. Great service, on time, Travis used booties and kept everything clean as requested. We always recommend Burgess and Travis was great.

This was my first time using Burgess for my AC. My Dad refered me bc he’s been using them for over 5 years now and loves them. My service tech Kirk did an awesome job. Was very thorough and honest and explained everything. Pricing was fair for everything we got done. I would highly recommend Burgess Heating and Air to anyone.
