After sending 2 different techs, who's reports contradict each other my AC is still not fixed. I called and demanded that they send someone out immediately to rectify the problem. Since my 8 month old daughter has been forced to sleep in an 80 house for weeks now. The woman said she would dispatch a different tech. Only to call 5 minutes later and leave a voice mail saying she canceled the call. I called back and got Laura on the phone who said I didn't speak with her it was the other girl. Then the other girl tells me that she is refusing to service my address because I was rude to Laura. (But Laura just said I didn't speak to her) Then when I asked to speak to her supervisor she hung up.

Burgess did some work at my home and as a result knocked the plumbing stack loose in my attic. This caused a very slow leak to occur due to condensation in this stack. I reported it once I noticed the problem and it took me 3 calls to Greg the service manager to get a call back. He is at lunch every time I have called. ( this is around 3pm eas ). Greg did not call me back but a co-worker finally did. They sent the tech back who did the work ( Brian ) who became immediately defensive and said oh no I did n't do that. I had to struggle with him to take pictures of the stack and the damage caused. I would n't recommend this company to anyone. Should they resolve the issue I will be glad to note it here and update my post.

Update - I was finally contacted after a long while and they did someone to patch the ceiling. I appreciate that they made this right but I cannot remove this post as I think others should be made aware of the effort required to have this resolved.

We just need to present the reality from a wrongful and rare review from Dwight Nearing. We actually fixed something in his house that we did not even break or cause. His frivolous claims are highly inaccurate. We will ALWAYS fix what we break or damage. Our 25+ years of excellent customer satisfaction proves that.

It would be nice to be able to review people and give them undue and highly inaccurate accounts.

Had a problem wih the unit shutting down due to icing up and not draining properly. At least that's what I was told. We got the drain sucked clear and the technician came back and adjusted the float switch and we were told all was well. Went on vacation for a month and came home to a hot humid house. The unit was blowing but no cold air. Technician came out and told us the problem was a dirty filter. Not so, with filter out it wouldnot run and he said there was a problem with apiston that needed replacement and he didnt have one and we would have to wait til after the weekend to get one. Was quoted a price of $195. Tuesday the technician came out and installed the piston and recharged the system and charged me $404.00. The service dept. called me shortly thereafter and said that credit was being made to my card to bring the charge down to $195 as quoted. I was impressed that they stood by their word and happy that my a/c is working.
