Burgess did an awesome job replacing my old system with a new AC system. The job was done in a timely and professional manner. The guys that did the installation were great. Very professional and accommodating. I would recommend this company to anyone that needs an AC system.

The team was very knowledgeable and efficient in the installation of the new unit. The company’s price was very competitive and the installation passed county inspection the first time unlike my last company no longer in business. The inspector said they are one of the few companies who understand what our buildings require for a proper installation and do things right the first time. We are very pleased.

I wanted to thank Burgess for the great and timely work on my A/C. It went out on the hottest June Saturday on record. My home warranty folks were planning to wait until fall to show up. The folks at Burgess really stepped in and helped me out when I needed it. They were at my house within an hour and had the problem diagnosed and fixed in less than a half hour. Their prices were extremely fair and they were very friendly and professional to deal with. They will be my go to shop in the future. Again thanks to everyone at Burgess for helping me out.

We purchased our Trane air conditioning units from Burgess in 2007, when our new home was built. They have been exceptional with their service since day one. Here we are, 12+ years later, and they continue to respond to our service calls quickly and and perform the necessary maintenance with the utmost of professionalism. We've been happy with everyone they sent out so far, but today, their service technician, Travis, was extra pleasant, so knowledgeable and efficient. I cannot recommend Travis more highly, or Burgess ... they have been great to do business with.

As promised by person who scheduled my appointment, the tech called to let me know when he would arrive (in the middle of the four hour window I was given). He was courteous, clean, well spoken and answered all my questions as well as listened as I spoke about my issues that began my interaction with Burgess. Unless my AC unit has further issues this summer, I will have Burgess back next year for a check up.

Their tech rep Brandon was outstanding- detailed, very knowledgeable great communication skills to explain everything and answer all my questions -top notch . I have had this company maintain
my air conditioner for years. They work with you on appointment times. Dominic has been the latest. He performed my yearly maintenance and carefully explained what would make my machine run smoother and not bog down with dust bunnies. He gave me a quote and when he did all the cleaning, he kept to the original quote. They are courteous, careful, and reliable.

We have been using Burgess for 4 years now. We have always been very pleased having maintenance and repairs. When it came time for a new HVAC system we did not hesitate to call Burgess. We did not even get any bids for the job. I knew what the ballpark figure would be to just having a new summer home built up north. Burgess came in with their bid and it was very fair. The installers came within two days. They were prompt, very careful and meticulous. One installer worked outside, one inside, the electrician came when needed.
I was very impressed with the install. You can feel very confident with Burgess and realize that you are getting a first class install.

We used Burgess for the first time today. While not an emergency (slow draining condensate line), they were able to send a service tech out within a few hours. I was fortunate to get "Kirk" (who did a call ahead to let me know he was enroute). Kirk was professional, friendly and extremely knowledgeable as he has been in the business for years. When we need HVAC service in the future, it will be with Burgess and as reflected in the reviews while all the techs seem to be excellent, I'll ask for Kirk and hopefully be able to get him again.
