Burgess was wonderful. They made an appointment for us in a timely manner and showed up when they said they would. The technician was friendly and very professional. We will always use them when we need service. Also since we just inherited this house, and the furnace/ac is still under warranty, the receptionist explained how to have the Trane warranty to us without us even asking. That was a blessing. Thank you everyone at Burgess!

I can't say enough good things about Burgess. I am a very satisfied, loyal customer. Bottom line, they hire top notch service technicians that do the job right the first time! That has not been my experience with other A/C companies. My first experience with Burgess was with a tech named Brandon A. Brandon did an outstanding job and fixed a problem that another A/C company failed to do right the first time. My second experience with Burgess was with a service tech named James. He has worked for Burgess for a number of years. He was extremely knowledgeable and was easily able to ascertain the cause of my problem of why my a/c wasn't working. He did an excellent job of fixing it. He even went above and beyond the call of duty when I inquired about replacing my thermostat because it would not go into 'auto' mode. He looked at it and said, "You've got a good one. It should be able to go into auto mode." He figured out that it was a simple programming issue. Wiit a few punches on the keypad, voila, he made it work! Before finding Burgess, I had a less reputable company out 3 times for the same problem that, it turns out, they didn't do right the first time. Their negligence left me without A/C for several days in the heat of the Florida summer. Don't make the same mistake I did. Call Burgess first! You'll be happy you did.

I requested my service online and appreciated the tool to request alternate date/time (you get to select more than one date/time which eliminates back and forth with scheduling).

I received a phone call a few days after my request informing me of the date and time my technician would arrive.

Dayl called me about 30 mins prior to his arrival to let me know he was on his way. He worked cleanly and diligently to complete my Level 10 service. He gave me some good information about my a/c unit and was very pleasant to work with.

This is my first experience with Burgess and I will definitely use them when it's time to replace my 10-year old unit!

Unit serviced by burgess on 7/15/2022 .AC went out on the evening of 8/4/22 received a return call Friday 8/5 and told first appointment would be Tuesday 8/9/22 almost a 5 day wait without AC totally unacceptable I wasn’t a new customer as they installed a new system May 2018 and service it yearly
They are under staffed and probably don’t pay overtime
I’ll never call them again

Very poor customer service. If you call they put you on hold for 10 minutes or more than transfer you to a voice mail. If you leave a message requesting service No one calls you back. With so many choices for ac service companies in Florida who needs to kiss there ___. I won't be calling them ever again. If you vue your time avoid these clowns.

We've had a supposed maintenance contract with another area company. They were too busy to get to our system for a check up telling us it would be a month or so. I called Burgess this morning. They sent one of their professional technicians out earlier this afternoon. He evaluated our system, gave me some energy saving tips and answered all my questions.

Without a doubt, Burgess Heating and Air has our business going forward.

Had a wiring problem that I thought was fixed by another company, but they went out of business (no surprise there). Found Burgess by change and was impressed by entire experience. Answered on first ring, good knowledgeable staff, great service tech Greg. Got the typical appointment window 12-4, Greg showed up at 12:15, problem was fixed by 12:30 we talked a little bit about life and of course the A/C and he was gone by 12:36.

Even got a handwritten thank you note with a magnet and business card. Burgess gets "customer service", all the reviews were right they are very good.

The whole Burgess team is incredible! They went above and beyond my expectations.
They replaced a unit for me a couple years ago, we are repeat consumers on our second unit. Honest and good people.
Highly recommend them.
