John C Cassidy Air Conditioning

Called to request an estimate to have a UV Light installed into a brand new Lennox air handler and was told that they would have to do a service visit for $95 before they could quote me. They were informed the home is a brand new build and hasn't even been lived in yet but they said it is still $95 before they can even give an estimate! Don't bother with these guys... That's ridiculous!

My husband had them come check out a rattle on the a/c unit. A/C IS UNDER WARRANTY they charged $170 to come out and tell us that we need a new fan motor. OK fine, How much for that to be done under warranty? $370 for new fan and instal UNDER WARRANTY!!!! We call the company that you buy fan motors from. $60 FOR NEW FAN MOTOR ...BE WARNED.....STAY FAR FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! THEY ARE COMPLETE RIP OFFS!!!!

I highly recommend using John C Cassidy Air Conditioning. Not only did they replace our whole AC Unit. They were timely, efficient and honest. I appreciated everything that they did for my family to get back to normal life.

Cassidy Air from start to finish treated us with complete professionalism. They were on time and explained the process all the way through. We will never use anyone but Cassidy Air again.

They came out three times, didn't fix the problem. They then sent me a bill for $600 after telling me it was a complementary service. When I inquired they said it was for parts they installed. They never called to get authorized to install the parts.

One of the most important services to have in Florida is a reliable A.C. company and I highly recommend John C Cassidy for your a.c. needs. They are always polite, prompt, and efficient!

All I can say is WOW. I called them because our AC has stopped working...they were here in 20 mins. The issue was a bigger issue and could not be fixed right away. They explained everything to us in depth. These guys are great!!!!
