    Martin (Sales) Definitely deserves huge props for not only his professionalism but also he’s extremely knowledgeable in this field. He not only writes up deals and gives estimates in a prompt and timely manner he also comes directly to your home to make sure all has been installed to your specifications. He’s easy to reach via phone email or text. He puts care into your concerns first always and I so appreciated that so very much. He has integrity and he is humble as well. We had a complete air conditioning system installed. John C Cassidy Air has been or go to for several years. They’re service is top notch and dependable!     So, I interviewed three air conditioning companies for a new AC installation in my townhome. When Rinaldo came out to the house, he was friendly, professional, sincere, and followed up several times while we were making a decision. He was neither pushy nor off-putting, and his knowledge and mannerisms made me feel I was making the right choice.
    On installation day, I had two hard-working and very nice technicians. They answered my questions, were careful of the carpet, floor and walls and worked efficiently. Rinaldo came by to check on the progress (awesome!). Upon completion, another gentlemen came by to give his "stamp of approval". He apologized for me having to wait for him, when I honestly did not think he took that long to come over. All in all it was such a pleasant experience! But, I have not told you the best part...
    I had an installation date (right smack in the middle of Christmas week by the way) and when my old AC starting leaking fiercely, Cassidy was able to move my installation up over a week to accommodate my situation!
    I will definitely recommend them.

    Do NOT use them! My AC kept blowing warm air, and I had to call John C. Cassidy three times over the course of 4 months. Now the same issue is happening gain (in less than a month from the previous visit). I paid over $1,500 in fees to clean the pipe. My AC unit is only 2 years old, was installed by technicians from John Cassidy, and they can’t explain why the issue keeps reoccurring or how to fix it. When I called them again, I was told that they can schedule a visit in 24 hours. I have a small baby at home, and it’s over a 95-degree-heat in Florida. How can I wait for 24 hours? This is the most unprofessional and careless organization I have had to deal with in my life. I won’t be using or recommending this company ever again! Shame of you for running such a dishonest business!

    Stay as far away from this company as possible. On July 27 I called them to come and repair the work that they had done which had failed within three months. I spoke with the service manager and he advised me that they would waive the diagnostic fee of $95 since they had just been out to repair my air conditioner less than three months prior. They did not repair the air conditioner the second time they came out I did not let them do the work. They tried to charge me double what I was quoted by Another reputable air-conditioning company. Fast forward to today I received a letter in the mail from a law office saying that they are suing me for the $95 diagnostic service charge. These people are crooks and are terrible to do business with. I left messages for them about the $95 charge over two months ago when I received a bill in the mail. They never called me back. There are tons of air conditioning companies in Florida any single one of them is better than John C. Cassidy

    My A/C was running fine, it would leak water but it worked ALWAYS work! as soon as I switched to John c cassidy random things started to make my A/C not work.... The Same thing has happened at my friends house who uses them as well! They are crooks!!!!! My A/C started to run but not get below a certain temperature. and the same thing happened at my fathers.... This only happened after we switched to this company DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY OR YOUR A/C WILL BREAK!!!! YOU. WILL HAVE RANDOM SMALL THINGS ADD UP EVERY OTHER MONTH OR SO AND IT ALWAYS HAPPENS DURING THEIR "EMERGENCY HOURS" SO YOU PAY DOUBLE!!!! I signed up for the maintance but they still charge you extra for emergency service when they never really fixed the problem in the first place!!!! I prefer to have a company that actually helps their clients not screw them over to make more money and use more products!!!! JUST A. SCAM OF A COMPANY!!! I put in a call to them and they said no one can get to you til 2am, my friend called the same day and lives just 10 mins away and they came to his house in just 2 hours!!!! THEY ARE UNPROFESSIONAL AND THEY WILL BREAK WHATEVER A/C YOU HAVE IN YOUR HOUSE DO NOT USE THEM!!!! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!!!!

    Could not be happier with the service we have received by John C. Cassidy. From our dealings with the office and our service tech, we have found them to be honest and responsive. A special thanks to our tech, Jason Williams. After having another company tell us we had to replace part after part and that we needed a new compressor, Jason diagnosed and fixed the problem. He spends the time to make sure it is right. We highly recommend this company for your residential and commercial AC needs.

    Did finally receive a call from Billy who offered to make things right. Very happy they actually do have someone who was able to assist since I was repeatedly told there was no actual manager when this all began. Fair resolution reached and appreciated, but the warm fuzzy feelings are gone.

    Highly disappointed that a firm I have used several times dropped the ball and charged me for their inept service. Had a service call in Jan, had not been back to my part time residence until late April, the a/c did not work although they reported everything ok in January. The gentleman who came last week confirmed a leak in the coolant, put coolant, indicated he had no idea how that could have been missed initially, and then charged me full fare for the second service call. The management has been completely unresponsive regarding my compliant of having been charged for the initial service visit. Will not be using them any longer and as a business owner I am astonished that they do not care about the poor customer service or inept service I received. Zero stars not an option.

    It is rare that you find businesses and people standing behind their promises these days, and the the team at John C. Cassidy AC does exactly that. They are truly top notch pros that always provides me with incredible service. The management team is amazing, and I always felt like an important client rather then the “next one.” Technicians are very knowledgeable and helpful. From my AC replacement 4 years ago to service calls, I can say with confidence that this company truly cares about their reputation and service, and takes pride in honestly and integrity. Highly recommend.

    Cassidy A/C electric installed a new Bosh 14.20 EER 24,300 air conditioning unit in our condo. The quality of service was excellent and I am very happy with the finished product. Their salesman Mike Banks went above and beyond in helping us during the entire Install. He is a definite asset to the John C Cassidy company. I highly recommend this company to anyone that needs HVAC services, maintenance and/or repair.

    They used to be great. I used them for ages but now they are like a factory. Service reps are nice but right hand doesn’t know what left is doing. Look for a smaller more personalized company!!!
