John C Cassidy Air Conditioning

Not competitively priced at all. They wanted to charge me 2500 to replace the the coil in my air handler. Other companies quoted the same job for 1800.
This company is a total rip off

These people really know what they're doing. They are a little pricier than most companies but worth it.

Has a property manager I have dealt with many companies and I have the most confidence in this one.

Great service and transparency. I felt they were trying to help me out and provide my "best-fit" option rather than taking advantage of my A/C ignorance and trying to upsell me on things I really didn't need (even if it would have made them more money).

I had a new system installed. System has never been right. Called a few times to try and explain what was going on with it. Even sent pictures. Just wished I would have used a different company to begin with.

I've always been very pleased with the service John C Cassidy Air Conditioning provides. I have had zero issues since joining their maintenance plan.

4 days until the end of the month and they still haven't received any tax returns only the people that are working they're not the people that used to work there which they're going to get a fine if they don't get it done by the end of month

Took three months to get simple parts that were available at the local hardware store. Everytime I spoke to a different person over the course of 3 months maybe as many people came and went...
