After 18 months, the compressor failed. They came to fix it, said they needed parts, and two weeks later still nothing from them. I've called many times just for them to tell me that they do not have any update on the parts and that they will let me know. I have been without air for 3 weeks and it does not seem like they really show effort to come to fix it.

Left a message on Sunday evening saying to call us Monday. They returned our call Monday am. They were out repairing our air unit before lunch. Christian was very knowledgeable and repaired our unit in no time

Reinaldo at Cassidy air conditioning could not have been more professional. On time, knowledgeable, competitive price- they delivered what they promised. I’d use them again in a heartbeat.

Very disappointed and dissatisfied customer! In preparation for Hurricane Irma, my husband and I vacated our home. Upon returning immediately following the storm, we found the HVAC was not working. We contacted John C Cassidy to come out to evaluate and repair. The technician told us the power issues during the storm most likely caused a winding to fail taking out the compressor. With the advice of the technician, it was determined a new unit was the best option, costing $5,460.00. John C Cassidy was prompt to get the new unit installed, which was greatly appreciated during the extreme heat. We submitted to our insurance company and 10 months later they contacted us to finalize the claim. All they need is a statement from John C Cassidy indicating the unit needed to be replaced due to the storm and it could not be repaired. After calling we learn the technician who came to our home no longer works there and notes in the file do not indicate details of the conversation relating to the storm. We left several messages for a manager to call us to discuss. After 2-3 weeks, we finally connect with a manager. Not only did he tell us they are not willing to give us such statement, he hung up on us! Bottom line, the insurance claim adjuster will not finalize and pay the claim without this statement. And now that we have this new unit, we are suppose to use John C Cassidy for maintenance in years to come? It's really too bad that it has come to this as we were very grateful at the time of installation.

Lousy customer and front office services! Receptionist never delivered messages to technicians. Hung up on me!!??? I also sent 2 requests via their web page (that promised to reach out to me in 24 hours!!!) with NO FOLLOW UP! Waist of time to call them!!! Think of hiring another company

My air went out last Saturday. I called Cassidy Air in the morning and they had a tech come out by noon. The service department was professional and they quoted me a service call up front (which is rare these days). They also gave me the courtesy of letting me know that if I waited until Monday, the service call would be less expensive. The service department told me that the tech would contact me 30 minutes prior to arrival and he did just that. The tech was professional as well. He covered his shoes so he wouldn't bring dirt in my home. Cassidy found the exact problem and we were able to rectify the problem. Cassidy is a very knowledgeable and professional company. Thank you!

I recently purchased a condo, with a New Carrier AC System John C Cassidy installed on May 1st, 2019. I felt good about purchasing a condo with AC installed in 2019, assuming I would get 10-15 years out of that system. Sadly, the AC has failed already ( 1 year and 6 weeks after install) due to compressor failure.

I have sent two emergency emails to Cassidy so far, but have not received a response . Cassidy states on their Website 90% of unit failures within 10 years are preventable with proper maintenance. My unit was slightly over a year old, and maintained, it's unclear why it would have failed so quickly.

After my two emails we're ignored I called and spoke to a representative, was told a service manager was not available and my unit was past 1 year service warranty, and I'd have to pay for service call....

So far I' being told by another company Carrier may not even honor the warranty since original owner did not "register" the unit, and I'm looking at repair cost up to $1,100 on a one-year old AC. Beware!!!

I am warning potential customers NOT to use John C Cassidy Air Conditioning. My air conditioning unit was working fine and cooling our condo without any problems. Cassidy arrived for a routine service maintenance visit and added $343.00 of freon. They came back the next day and told me I had a leak in a coil that couldn't be repaired. A new coil costs $2500. Since my unit is 9 years old the sales department recommended purchasing a new one for $5000. Now they are billing me for the cost of the freon they put in that has to dumped out when a new unit is installed.

After using North County AC for many years for maintenance as well as installation of multiple new units, I witnessed a rapid and pronounced decline in every aspect of North County's business and so I decided to go on a hunt for a new AC company in Palm Beach County.

I noticed that John C. Cassidy's reviews were outstanding as compared to their peer group but I've been fooled by that before. I did notice that the company responded to every less than stellar review with clear facts, which made me feel much better. So I gave them a call and was fortunate to have dealt with Kelly Ahmeti to set up my account. After I inquired about semi-annual preventative maintenance plans, she promptly provided me with a full array of options and pricing on the spot.

She scheduled us a technician visit on the spot for the next day. Our tech Kire or "KJ" arrived on time and immediately set about his work in a clean, orderly manner. He asked many questions in order to understand and assess the relative health of each of our five AC units and to pinpoint any current issues that we were experiencing. He was very pleasant to have in our home, his work was perfect and he fixed both issues that we were most concerned about. Thanks Kelly and Kire, we look forward to seeing you again in six months.

I say give North County the boot, and hire John Cassidy.

I highly recommend Cassidy AC. John and all his team members including the techs who came to the house for service and installation, and the office staff were excellent. Our comfort advisor Mike was excellent.
