We bought a new system for our house and from day one they were nothing but exceptional. Sean was the rep who went to the house and gave us the quote. He took the time to inspect everything to assure we get the right equipment and answer all of our questions.
Since we are remodeling our home, they remove the unit prior to the installation to allow the work to be done. Kenny and Alex showed up on time and got the job done.
We had a really bad experience with the previous company, but Cooling Advisors gave us peace of mind that the job will be done the right way. Will recommend 10/10.

The 4 gentleman that came to install the new AC were awesome. You never knew they were here. When initially speaking to them, kind courteous and professional. The supervisor however, I was put off, while I was working in my office he took upon himself to just walk in my front door of my house and completely took me by surprise. I was not impressed, then he just sits himself down on my couch without invitation. I was very put off by him. I think his name was robert

I purchased my new a/c unit Jan 2022. Yesterday I observed that something wasn’t working right, the house wasn’t getting cold. I called and they had an appointment available the same day which was great. Come to find out that the motor on the fan broke. Luckily it was still under warranty but I had to pay for the labor. Close to $700 for a job that was completed in less than 30 min. How can you charge that much money for a job that only took like 30 min. This is outrageous. Just imaging if every company in different sectors would charge that much! Very frustrated and disappointed as a brand new unit shouldn’t have any issue whatsoever and paid way too much for labor.

Sean T, technician for Cooling Advisors was excellent. Sean diagnosed the problem immediately and clearly explained what was required to repair our AC. He also discussed financing options for when we're ready to replace our 15 year AC unit. Thank you Sean! Your professional advise and workmanship is appreciated.

We had an A/C issue and we called Cooling Advisors and Sean T. came out and was absolutely very professional and made us feel very comfortable. He answered all our questions and made it run more smooth. We will certainly recommend cooling advisors again and Sean T again!

Gabe was the tech to service our unit today. He was phenomenal. He was extremely knowledgeable answering my questions with no hesitation. He changed the air filter out with suggesting to keep rotating it out every 30 days and how it helps. He was very friendly and I truly believe he is a great asset to the company. I hope he will be servicing the unit again on its next tune up. Very pleasurable to deal with.

Really satisfied with the work done by Cooling Advisors. Setting up the appointment was easy, and the person I talked to on the phone was very professional, friendly, and accommodating to my schedule. The technician who came to me house, Brian A, was fantastic. Very nice and friendly, explained what he was doing and what was causing the issues with my a/c unit. He did a very thorough job cleaning the unit (including coils, pipes, and hosing down the outdoor unit), and he installed an ultraviolet light. I ended up signing up for the membership plan in order to save some money on the work done and also because I was really happy with everything Brian did, the great customer service, and the company overall. After talking to my handyman and a couple other companies, I’m really happy I decided to go with Cooling Advisors. I absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for an honest, hard working HVAC company. Big thanks to Brian for doing such an excellent job!

I just bought a house and wanted the AC to have a tune up plus I was having some other issues with it. I remembered Virginia from the KVJ show talking about Cooling Advisors and she highly recommended them. That plus great google reviews made me choose them. It was a great decision. Rob came out and did an excellent job. He took his time to explain what he was doing and before he left he gave it all a once over to make sure all was good. I highly recommend Cooling Advisors and the VIP Cooling Club.

We have been customers of Cooling Advisors for a couple of years starting with a maintenance plan on the AC unit we had that was 10 years old. That ac system stopped cooling and the next day when we could tell it was done working we called Cooling Advisors they accommodated our schedule the same day to go over all our options and were able to schedule us for next day installation. The team was very detailed knowledgeable and made sure we were happy with their job before they left. They are a good company we will continue to do business with.
