My mom came home late one night last week to an AC blowing air but not cooling. Cooling Advisors was the only company we called that picked up the phone after hours. The woman mom spoke to was kind and helpful and sent the guys out to us first thing the next morning. They found the problem right away (fuse), replaced the part and refilled the refrigerant - even cut back the trees for my mom around the outdoor unit. : ) Price for service was reasonable. Best part was they explained to us exactly what was happening and made suggestions for repair but no bullying to spend $10K and replace the system, which happened to mom in the past with another company. We signed up for bi annual maintenance. Office staff is lovely when we call. Service techs are knowledgeable and patient (and wear booties in the house!). It’s nice to know mom is being taken care of - highly recommend.

After reading multiple excellent reviews of Cooling Advisors, I decided to give them a call. The friendly woman who answered the phone was able to schedule an appointment for me the same day. The service technician, Brian A., arrived on time, diagnosed the problem quickly, and completed the repair with ease. He also suggested maintenance practices that could help keep our older units running efficiently. I will be using and recommending Cooling Advisors from now on!

All the reviews line up with the service I had performed. They came right out, diagnosed my AC problem, recommended a course of action, went over options for a new AC, and performed a flawless timely install. They are a bit higher in price than other companies that are out there, but you truly get what you pay for. I will not hesitate to use them again.

I'm editing my review to include how Gabe came out to do a tune up on our new system today. Gabe came over and spent time looking through the system and taking pictures. He then explained to me how everything is working. After using second rate comapnies for my AC the last few years, Cooling Advisors will be my go to company for all of my AC needs from here on out.

I’m editing my review again to say my other AC needed to be replaced and somehow the second experience was even better than the first. The best!

I highly recommend Cooling Advisors. Mike and Brian, who recently serviced our two AC units and installed Ultraviolet lights in the units, were professional in every respect. They arrived on time, did their work efficiently and advised us on how to get the best out of our system. They were also personable and they answered all our questions. Our maintenance package with Cooling Advisors removes any anxiety we might have concerning our systems, and every technician we’ve dealt with has been excellent.
