Cooling Advisors

I been using Cooling Advisors for 5 years. Gave, their technician, does an excellent job with my air conditioning and heating system. He is never rushing and takes time to explain everything. I recommend Cooling Advisors, you will be pleased.

Gave was awesome the entire time. Gave me some good tips on A/C maintenance and told me about himself. He should do voice work for you guys as he sounds like a tv announcer and I bet he’d be down for it

My HVAC has been running a lot better since I started coming to Cooling Advisors! I called them when I thought my HVAC had died and they had Gabe come out the same day. Gabe has saved my HVAC a few times since and showed me how to take care of it between maintenance visits. He's also very informative about my unit and keeps me up to date as he's working.

Michael was fantastic! Very nice, quick and even removed a huge dead snake from my outdoor unit 😳
So glad I signed up for their cooling club for routine maintenance.

They put in a new air conditioner it only lasted 3 yearsI paid $5,000And their worker toldMetsThey showed me a machine that was 20 years oldPlay said they were going to fix it but they never did. It was supposed to be a 4-ton air conditioner and I just found out it's only 3 ton boy did I get ripped off

2023: They came out to service the unit again and everything I stated last year remains. Terrific customer service!

2022: Roy did a great job getting my A/C unit operational. He was early to the appointment and provided me with pictures throughout the service. Would recommend Cool Advisors to everyone in need of A/C services.

Always professional, always on time and very respectful. They don't try to sell you what you don't need. They give good suggestions and do thorough checks. I have the service plan and don't regret it at all. Would recommend to friends and family.
