Nova installed a new ac system 2 years ago on a moments notice when my old unit failed. Have used them for twice yearly maintenance since (Andrew) and haven't had any system problems. The staff is polite and overly responsive to any special

I purchased my AC from NOVA 7 years ago. Andrew has performed my annual service and I have had no problems. Our Condo recently serviced our roof. In the process, another AC company moved our outdoor units and caused my AC to no longer cool. Andrew (NOVA) found the problem caused by the negligence of the other AC company and got me COOLED once again!!! Thanks NOVA and Andrew.
