When Nova Air Conditioning advertises “Quality Work at Affordable Prices” BELIEVE IT! Their actions are as real as their words! Arriving back in FL for the Fall-Winter 2018-2019 season, we were surprised to learn we needed to replace our Condo Condenser unit & Evaporator unit. Since the weather, when we arrived was most comfortable without air, we took our time to review available contractors and make the right choice. The prices varied as much as the personal Co. characters. After interviewing about 4 to 5 options, it was quite clear that Nova stood out from the crowd. Nova's office staff along with Sales staff and installers, consistently had their message and delivery together! They are very PROFESSIONAL, RELIABLE, KNOWLEDGEABLE, TRUSTWORTHY and FRIENDLY! It was a true Joy working with them. They addressed our every concern and literally undersold while over delivering! (coming from a sales background; what that means is they provided us more than what was expected from the sale). They even rebuilt the cubbie where the Evaporator unit was installed and patched up wholes in the walls and ceiling that were there before they began their work, making it presentable. They provided the building permit and Town inspection for us and they kindly provided us with photos of the new 2 Ton Condenser installed on the roof of our 6 story building & the Evaporator unit in the cubbie. I would not hesitate to work with Nova again and highly recommend that you put your trust in them to provide you with the job you need. Being brought up in a Heating & Air Conditioning family business (At one time, the largest in Eire Co. NY)., It was a true pleasure to work with Nova who delivered & won our confidence of a fine complete job!
