If I could give CMI ten stars I would! From the office personnel, sales rep and techs! Service all around was friendly and professional. Sean B the sales rep on the first visit showed that he cares about the customers wishes, I had advised him that I received other quotes and that I wanted my AC system moved from my attic to the garage in a specific area and that the other companies could only move it into the closet in the hallway.
Sean took some measurements and said that CMI would be able to fulfill the request of the unit moved to the garage if I was open to a different type of system, I said sure why not and he introduced the Daikin Fit Inverter System and that it will be able to be installed in the garage verses the closet in the hallway and that will avoid a noisy handler and pump close by the living room The techs Mario and David did an incredible job removing the old unit from the attic and the outside unit, installation went as smooth as planned with no hurdles as Sean predicted and the new Thermostat with the Flush Mount Kit was a great option! I was very happy with the decision to go with the Daikin Inverter System over the old traditional loud units, the Daikin outside unit is so quiet that you have to get very close to hear it running and what made this very easy to do was Sean Bs customer service from the beginning to the end with the calibration of the system and his knowledge of the system. Overall, I am very happy and satisfied with the CMI team! There will be no need for me to use other AC companies. Thank you, Sean, and the CMI Team!
CMI is the kind of company I would like to find more of for all my contractor/trade needs. After 20 years, I have found them to be honest, reliable, and consistent. They are always quick to respond (even on weekends when necessary), and never fail to do a great job. Their back office is excellent to deal with, responsive and on the ball, and they also laugh at my bad jokes, which already places them above and beyond most companies! You will be happy with their work.
I highly recommend this company. I just started with them for AC maintenance. Like all things in life, an accident happened where the tech accidently broke my drywall to the attic. However, he told me right away and took pictures for CMI to fix/replace. Due to the pandemic, it took a bit to get done, however, when it was fixed. I was SO impressed. Joe C. was the manager who came out to measure the piece of drywall and came back to put it in and fix the siding as well. He was so professional, kind, and very detailed oriented. I'm an OCD person who looks at the small details and even I couldn't have done a better job. Great company, great employees, I'm satisfied with them and I'm glad I chose CMI to do my AC maintenance.
Great customer service. My system was backing up with water and the tech that came out (Kevin) was extremely thorough and took his time to flush my drain lines multiple times using various solutions until thoroughly cleaned.

We’ve had CMI our several times over the years. Initially I called CMI to get a second opinion after another local company recommended replacing both the air handler and compressor instead of repairing the one we had. The tech from CMI made a few calls and found out the part that needed to be replaced was still under warranty, so we spent $250 versus $6,000. Each time they come out they are professional, explain things clearly and I don’t ever feel like they’re trying to sell me anything. They’re the only company we call and I always recommend them when someone asks.
Can’t say enough good things about CMi! They were the second HVAC Company we had to call after the first contractors could not handle the problem of replacing a compromised AC line that ran under our house foundation! They were handed an extremely complicated job of rerouting a new line set through ceilings and walls. David came out and spent a lot of time planning a solution that would work and provided amazing technicians that were extremely meticulous, professional and thorough. Would highly recommend CMI for any HVAC needs!
CMI INSTALLED A TRANE HVAC SYSTEM. They were on time and the installation was very professional in every aspect. Upon completion of the installation, they found the factory air handling unit motor to be bad. The crew left but a CMI electrician came about 30 minutes later to install a rescue motor and the system was up and running. A new motor was ordered and will be replacing the rescue motor when received. A special thanks to Josh, the electrician, for his professional work and being very courteous. Thanks CMI!
Had a terrific tech clean my three air handlers today and he did a great and thorough job with the cleaning and troubleshoot an issue with the compressor. He explained the issue and let me decide the course of action. I’m very impressed with CMI staff and responsiveness. Great job!
