Our AC stopped working so I decided to give this company a try. I called and spoke with Ashley, she was so sweet and professional. She listened to our issues and got a tech out almost immediately. Our tech Cody, was also very professional and kept me informed on what needed to be fixed and how to better take care of our AC. My AC has never worked better!! Huge thank you to Ashley and Cody. Florida is way too hot for no AC so I'm super thankful for this outstanding company! 10 out of 10 recommend!!
Walter came out today to clean out and flush our system. He was on time, absolutely professional and explained exactly what he was going! So polite and took his time and answered all the questions we had. My husband and are completely satisfied with CMI! I highly recommend them.
I have a service contract with CMI. Kevin came to service my AC today and did a great job! The CMI service contract is very reasonable and includes the filters and the techs ensure my AC is tip-top shape when they do the service. I believe the twice a year service will prolong the life of the AC years beyond the average service life, which will save money in the long run.

We upgraded to the Daikin AC unit with UV light and we are so happy with our choice. Immediately feel a difference in air quality and humidity levels once installed. Sean was so pleasant to work with and extremely helpful! Mario and David did a great job installing.
We had to call CMI at 7pm on Saturday night as our AC wasn’t cooling. They were able to get someone out within two hours and fix the situation. The technician, Steven was awesome and extremely efficient. We have had to use CMI for other issues outside of normal business hours and every time we’ve had a great experience, fast response, nice employees, and excellent service.

Thanks to Sean Banks' supervision and prolonged personal examination of the works in the attic on a sweltering Florida afternoon, the actual installation went without a hitch by the two-man team. Sean was always instantly available by phone for any hitches, and for the few weeks from inspecting the premises to turning the new thermostat on, Sean explained everything immediately as the go-to man of CMI! Whatever they pay him, he's worth more for the way he reflects so positively on the image of CMI and being so responsive.

From dealing with a pretentious sales man, the installation of the new system, and on going maintenance issues I keep getting charged for, this has been the worst company to deal with.
The salesman, Sean, was a rude know it all. The installation was done wrong. I was expected to pay for the work to be done right after the fact, and even after I signed up for the maintenance plan I'm still having to pay for standard maintenance for some reason...
