CMi Air Conditioning & Electrical

Gary did a comprehensive service on my internal and external AC unit but could not find the leak. Worried that my 4 year old AC system needs to be replaced. Hope CMI honors the warrantee if needed

Our experience with CMI has been fantastic! We have used their annual maintenance service for over 6 years. When we've had to place a service call a technician has always come out within a timely manner. They even corrected the improper unit installation from our builder that they refused to fix. Everyone we've come into contact with has always been professional and courteous. HIGH RECOMMEND!

Super sloppy workmanship. 30 year loyal client. Way to many continuous serious problems. Our latest at our home ..Condensate line not glued.
Leaked into a closest. Back mold destroyed all the clothes and the closet. Had mold remediation with our insurance carrier. Now we have to have all the drywall replaced and painted. The disconnect to the handler they never reinstalled, they left it hanging in the air. It still is, extremely unsafe. The amount of trash that they left in the attic filled a full size trash can that I had the pleasure of removing this too was discovered recently ..Just really did not want them back. Buyer beware they are not the company they used to be....sad

We had unit die and contacted several companies to give quotes , CMI had the most competitive quote and were actually able to have unit installed within several days. Very happy with their service and professionalism.

Sean was an excellent salesman and project manager with ample follow through and an eye for deatil. He showed up 3 times the day of installation. Installers were great. Clean and professional. System works great for a great price.

When my A/C unit quit working today I looked on my NextDoor app to search for companies with good reviews. CMi stood out so I gave them a call. Michelle in the office was awesome on the phone and the technician Brian arrived in just over an hour and had the problem fixed in minutes. He was amazing! I still cannot believe how seamless this process was start to finish. What a great company!!!

Recently, CMI replaced my 12 year old Trane AC unit with a 4 Ton SEER 18 Trane Inverter System.
Thomas and the other crew members: Keitel, Yordanny and James got right down to business despite the outside temp of 90 degrees and high humidity. I was very satisfied with their expertise, attitude, work ethic and end result!
Mike C. the sales rep. came up with a good solution for installing the new system without the need to sacrifice precious garage space. Danielle the office mgr was quick to get me the certificate of insurance before work began.
I have been a customer of CMI for almost 3 years. I was a customer of two other AC companies in the past. But CMI easily beats the others in customer support, expertise and responsiveness. My coworker spoke highly of CMI which is the reason I switched to CMI a couple years ago for AC service.

We use CMI at my work. We have 15 AC units and we also use CMI for electrical work. Floyd and the electrical team are top notch. They do great work and are quick to respond to calls. The AC service is lacking. They have a high turn over in service and maintenance guys. We have to wait forever for service and then some times it takes several visits before they fix the problems.
