I have had the pleasure of Doran working on my unit for about 3 years now. He serviced my two apartments. and did a great job. He is detailed oriented and his expertise is beyond words. He is the best CMI has offered although many of them are very good I always ask for Doran. I love CMI and I love the work Doran performs every time he comes. He is always on time and does a phenomenal job. Thank you CMI for offering us a great employee.

After a slow frustrating start, CMI finished strong. They sent technicians' who were polite and courteous. Terrance and Elliot worked diligently on the problem until they found a solution. Many thanks to CMI for putting in the extra effort.

Great experience. Had my whole ac unit replaced after 18 years, and they were done way faster than i even expected, with no left over mess. My prior unit was old so its amazing to see the difference in how quiet the new unit is. Also my bill in the summer went from $218 to $108. It'll pay for itself soon enough. Should of done it sooner but at least its handled now. Highly recommend!

Purchased a new Trane and had CMI out seven times since installation in Sept 2019. First, a pipe cracked during installation and flooded my AC closet (management doesn’t want to own that this is something their company is responsible for). The unit has had nothing but issues but they have been responsive in replacing the evaporator coil (under warranty). I’ve been told by this company that there are issues with most new units now because they are being manufactured overseas instead of in the US. I’m sure this is at least partially true.

My wife and I recently moved into PGA National in April. We wanted to enroll in a maintenance contract to have our AC unit protected and periodically serviced. We contacted CMI and scheduled an appointment. Carlton, the service technician arrived at our home on time and proceeded to check our system. He was very knowledgeable as well as answered all of my questions. I would highly recommend CMI as well as pass on my thanks to Carlton for a job well done.
