Absolutely Awesome Team!!!! Had an Emergency of two failed A/C units. CMI was there and replaced my units and handlers quickly, efficiently and with expertise!! I will use NO OTHER A/C company...I am a customer for 15 years and will continue to be for life!!!!! Thank you!
We had our preventative maintenance visit Thursday and the a/c “turned off” immediately following the technician’s visit. I got home on Sat. around 2ish and the house was at 87 degrees. I called CMI to let them know I just had service and my a/c wasn’t working and the answering service rep told me someone would be here between 5-9pm. The technician arrived at 11pm and he did not have the part to fix the issue. I am still without air or a proper call back from the company and it is Sunday, 6:44am. I called the company at least 6 times yesterday since I could only reach the answering service and I waited close to 8 hours for tech to arrive. The tech was very nice it his hands were tied. I will keep you posted how CMI resolves our broken a/c and if they call me.
It’s currently 90 degrees in my house.
Did not hear from CMI and I followed up with a call in the 9oclock hour. I was told a tech would be here between 11am-1pm.
I called back at 1:15pm and was told by the answering service that the techs are on other calls. When I asked if I was on the schedule, I was told again someone would be here within an hour or two (3:15pm).
I will keep you posted if this happens since it didn’t happen yesterday. I’m almost a full 24 hours waiting on a repairman.
Hi I am composing this review for The Gymnastics Revolution. We had an amazing experience with CMI. The service technician Naomi that came out was extremely helpful and professional and she took care of our needs. She was very friendly and easy to talk with. TGR highly recommends CMI to anyone looking to service their A/C. Thank you so much CMI!
Worst company that exists. Installation was horrible. Brand new unit that stops working every 2 weeks. I would run in the opposite direction of this company. No accountability, they installed with no pitch, water backs up and shuts down unit once a week, now there is additional issues and they act like they are doing me a favor to come out and check it. I have been fixing it myself every week .I hate this company.
Unfortunately, CMI proved to be a disappointing experience and after several bad events we chose to try another source and that decision has served us well. Building a successful business which consistently serves the customer properly is not an easy task. Not everyone can accomplish that.
Thank to Dequan Parks! He listens and addresses all concerns, is thorough with the inspection, and conscientiously performs the work. After hearing my concerns, he assessed the air unit, found the problem, which was in need of equipment not on his truck, called his supervisor to arrange for a truck with the correct equipment to follow-up the same day. He also completed normal servicing before leaving the premises. Thanks again to Mr. Parks at CMI.
Here at CV Technology we just had out 6 month preventative maintenance visit yesterday and it was our first experience with a new technician, Naomi. All I can say is that she is top notch! She took the time to do everything right and caught many things that previous technicians did not. She thoroughly completed each item on the checklist, many of which were glossed over by previous techs. Looking forward to seeing Naomi in 6 months!
I just spoke with Morgan at CMI. She took the time to answer all my questions about sizing a system for the remodel I'm doing. She helped me to understand the differences in equipment and gave me accurate pricing for each scenario, so I can budget appropriately.
Had CMI install a new A/C system at my residence. The installers were knowledgeable, courteous and professional. The price was fair and the system is super-efficient. I will definitely recommend CMI to my friends and neighbors. Wonderful experience all around.
