I am so glad to have called CMI to handle warranty repairs that my original contractor couldn’t handle. Bob was the tech who came out to help. Quick , efficient, and caring. The office staff is great and Jennifer knew all the details when I called to pay my bill!

We have used CMI at two different properties for the last 3 years, and they have always been on time and got the job done right. Kevin was our most recent tech. and he’s awesome! Thanks CMI!

I have been working alongside of CMI professionals for about ten years now. I was so impressed with their work, I began using them at my home. We have a temperamental Trane five ton system that requires three routine services per year. CMI has always had great people and great service. Recently we had the misfortune of having a refrigerant leak in the evaporator coil, followed by a broken compressor. CMI took care of everything and did not miss a beat! New parts under the Trane warranty and great service quickly took care of the issues. Even with these problem, we had A/C each night. Thank you, CMI. We are in this for the long haul with you!

Today I really really needed someone to evaluate and repair why the apartment had no air conditioning...no signs of life whatsoever. Another repair guy had already walked away from the job this morning.

I called CMi Air Conditioning & Electrical and much to my relief they were really responsive to my call, and very soon had someone coming our way. Randall came and had to go over everything multiple times and found the fix for it. Absolute pro, heroic.

I have been a CMI customer for over five years. On occasion a customer's air conditioner unit malfunctions "at the worst time!" Today of course was very hot and humid, and of all days my AC unit went out. I had to contact CMI to notify them that my AC unit stopped working for a second time today. I called CMI again in the afternoon, and shortly after - Cody K. came to the rescue. He identified the problem (replacing a faulty AC capacitor) and ensured that it worked properly before leaving my home. He was very professional and completed the repair with a smile. He represented CMI by arriving in a timely manner and demonstrated a sense of professionalism from the time he first arrived at my home!
