I appreciate the professionalism and outstanding service with CMI. We had 2 new HVAC units a new electrical run in our building. I highly recommend them.

My a/c was not working on Sunday afternoon close to 90 degrees in my house so I called cmi and they had somebody out right away. When Terrance got there he was very very nice and told me everything that was wrong. I recommend calling cmi for any of your problems.

Cmi installed an AC unit not even5 years ago & now it doesn't work. They already came out last year to put freon in and in the process of putting the freon in, the broke a piece on the AC unit. Now its 5k to replace? No thanks I'll shop black.

So my evaporator broke and they come and said they'll come back tomorrow. They come back the next day and don't have the part. They then say they will come today at 1pm to fix it with the part. It's 2:20pm and no one has showed up.

My wife is pregnant and We’ve had our AC go out 4 times in 4 months. They’ve always come out to fix it but each technician crucifies the previous technician for doing such a poor job and the problem happens again next month.

I had Brian out for maintenance yesterday. He did an outstanding job, was very professional and efficient.

Quickly diagnosed a bad blower motor. They ordered the new motor and installed it. My family has been a CMi customer for over 10 years.

The technician Andrew, was absolutely excellent. He stay until he figured out the problem. Professional, courteous, and diligent! 5 Stars!
