Oscar Hernandez was very very good and professional and knows his job very very well. We need more people like Oscar Hernandez and he also have great customer service skills. I would like Oscar Hernandez to please be the one to come out and do the maintenance on my AC unit.

Called in an early morning service for a No cool, and Claude & Jeff came out to address the issue. They were extremely helpful and detailed. After inspecting/ reviewing both units (for long term and short term fixing) they offered all the best options as well as a physical packet of their maintnance programs to review. Very compensating and informative!

Bradford and Howard arrived right on schedule for my A/c maintenance and they were both very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. Both Howard and Bradford have me helpful information to maintain and help extend the life of my purchased equipment. I highly recommend Service experts for your Air conditioning needs!

It was a pleasure speaking with Frank Santiago today. He walked me through all the options to replace my A/C and he even taught me about new advances that I had never heard of, so I was very informed. He spent a lot of time breaking down each option and giving his expert opinion of what would be best for my household. Service expert technicians Claude and Mike G were on time and courteous. They not only checked my AC unit, both inside and outside, but fixed a couple of issues that had somehow been neglected to be repaired in the past. Finally, my accordion door for the AC closet was put back in place so it now works better than before.

Gustave did an excellent job! We were concerned because our air conditioner stopped working on Memorial Day. We called Service Experts and were surprisingly told someone would be here between 10 and 1. Gustave called us when he was 15 minutes away and arrived before 10am! He figured out the issue right away and fixed it! Now we can enjoy Memorial Day! He was extremely pleasant and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Gustave and Service Experts!
