This company I would not recommend to anyone at all even my worst enemy! They are desperate for business and call you two to three times every day if they get ahold of your phone #. What kind of plumbing business does this? Only someone that is completely illegitimate and thirsty for his many victims as they can get! NO THANK YOU.

The young man who came out to do yearly maintenance was super kind and thorough. He was respectful and explained every thing he did in layman's terms. 5 stars!

Aaron was experienced, knowledgeable. efficient and helpful. He showed me how to operate the water softener, download the operator's manual and answered every Question--and I had a lot of questions. The office kept on top of my appointment, kept me updated and informed even in the middle of the hurricane. Very professional; I will definitely use them again.

Still waiting on the owner to return my call. New $15K unit and only cools half of the home. “$15K unit, $10 installer “

8 months later, I continue to have issues almost every other day. I come home from work and the unit is off. Sometimes they respond to my calls/emails and sometimes they don't.
Do Not Use this company.

Buyer beware. Gosh, I had wished I checked Yelp reviews before hiring these folks! Seems like others have experienced the same unprofessionalism and lousy service. Believe it or not, I have never written anyone a negative review, but both Dustin Harvick (Comfort Advisor) nor Dan (Owner) have refused to return my numerous calls and emails and leave me no choice. I was hoping this would motivate them to be professional and just plain courteous, but I can see from other reviews that is unlikely. Dustin is very personable and seems to know his business, but the company behind him did not install the ductwork in accordance with his design plans and I can only assume that has something to do with the system still not working properly.

I really wanted to support this business but their lack of transparency in pricing, their strong push for their monthly plan and really the simple fact they would not work with me and clearly explain what was required service versus the nice to have, l feel I need to share my experience with this company. I gave up after a full week of just trying to get someone to help me. In response to the reply re sending the quote three times, it was sent twice and I asked via email why the monthly club membership (added hundreds) was included in addition to parts/labor and if it was a necessary expense. Crickets. This is when I decided to take my business elsewhere.

My husband and I remodeled our house and prepared the house to install air conditioning when spring rolled around. Our HVAC guy who was with us during our remodel went dark and the weather got hot super fast. A good friend suggested HeatWave heating and cooling and plumbing, so I called Carlos on his cell phone Tuesday morning. He called me back and set up a consultation for that day. Dan came to our house 90 minutes after our phone call. About two hours later we had the offer, and our AC was installed and set up two days later. Dan brought in a whole crew and they got the job done in less than 6 hours. They were so friendly, professional, fast and worked hard. I would recommend them to anyone!Dan and his team were fantastic.

Great experience from start to finish. We had an aging Heat Pump system in our attic that wasn't keeping up. We called and had Kyle come out to discuss options for replacement. Can't say enough about that experience, he listened to our needs and found a solution that was perfect for our home. Didn't fell pushed and were able to talk through what we really needed. The pricing was competitive with the other bids we received and the equipment they offered was top notch. Didn't need to wait any longer to get this going. Install went great as advertised, guys showed up on time and worked efficiently in our space. Had to of been hot in the attic, but they didn't complain and were very respectful of our space. Overall from start to finish this was a great experience. I recommend others to call and see for themselves. Thank you for making our home comfortable again for years to come.

Called for a repair to my existing air conditioning unit. Representative in the office scheduled me right away for a service call. The technician came out and did a full diagnosis check to figure out my issue and give me options. Technician was great to work with as he talked me through the necessary steps. The repair was done and could not be happier with the result and experience. This company is honest and reliable. Would recommend to anyone.
