My husband and I have had a horrible string of people coming to the house for service and taking advantage. We’ve spent thousands and have not been able to properly get our house cooling. Matthew came out on time and went through EVERYTHING with a fine tooth comb. Not only did he find the cause of the issue we’ve experienced for over a year (a wiring mishap) but he also showed us other areas we could improve upon. He was not pushy and he truly took the time to teach us about our home and air quality. Thank you to Matthew and the Heatwave team for being there when I needed them most. I just wish we could have found them sooner.

I have used them in the past with another cooling company and I will never forget them. Josh & Matt are caring professionals who really are tuned in to what customers need. These 2 gentleman are kind, caring and above all very professional. They will put the best options on the table for you and never do you wrong. Came out quickly determined the problem that I agreed with.Estimate was reasonable and I agree d with it.Klajdi was knowledgeable and helpful.

Rude to us, refused us service, and hung up on us even though we purchased their service plan, "because it was a weekend and they were busy"....in response to your reply, she did NOT offer Sunday, but said they'd call us on Sunday to set us up for Monday. You also failed to address how rude she was and that she just hung up. Not to mention the plan we purchased should cover emergency service, which you're refusing.

Needed a bbq grill hooked up to natural gas stub for outdoor kitchen. Heatwave came right out the next morning. Turns out the grill was a LP grill not a NG grill so Heatwave had to modify it. They had to go get parts but were back by lunchtime. They modified the grill and had it installed in no time. They were polite and neat and cleaned up after themselves. Thought it was a little expensive but they were here for most of the day so all in all I am very satisfied with their service.

As part of our maintenance package, we have a plumbing inspection. The plumber was theoral and took his time inspecting everything at the house. He was also, very professional and knowledgeable.

I heard of this company through the radio and I thought the price of their tune ups for the heating and cooling units was a good deal. The technician was very professional, he provided us with an additional list of things that he could be done to improve our unit. He quoted us a price for a UV light double of what other companies offer but since he was already working on it; we decided to go ahead installed the UV light. When he left, he presented the screen to pay for the job and did not go over the total cost. In addition, he took the paper where he had written the quoted price of the UV light. After two days, I called the office to request a receipt, the office sent it to me via e-mail. After revising the invoice, I noticed that they have charged me $70 dollars more of the quoted price, I called the office three times, they have not returned my calls yet. I will never use them again, and I would like to advise people to verify their invoices before paying for any services provided by Heatwave.

Thomas arrived on time and got to work right away. Although our service appointment was only for a "tune up" he tackled the job with enthusiasm and professionalism. Once he completed a thorough check up he provide a written report detailing the results. No big issues but he did provide some suggestions on "tightening up" our A/C system for better performance. I would recommend Heatwave anytime.

I called several companies to come take a look at my hot water heater which was leaking. I am new to the area and wasn't sure who to call. Heatwave was the only respinsive company and they sent Leon out right away. Leon was very professional and knowledgeable. He inspected the water heater and came to the same conclusion that I did....a replacement was needed. He came out the following evening, working around MY schedule, and knocked the job out of the park. Leon did a fantastic job and explained everything he was doing. I highly recommend Heatwave and, specifically, Leon!

These people are the worst of their trade don't trust them their just in it for the money and don't care about after the jobs done and be careful with their warranty they "forget" to put them in
