Called Heat Wave and made an appointment was made for less than 24 hours later! Have used them since we moved here 4 years ago. Logan is an awesome service man! Very thorough, honest and knowledgeable. He's our go to guy!

Called heatwave to reinstall a water softener which I relocated from my old to new house. Plumbing was kept in place and only the in/out lines needed to be connected to the main water line. I was quoted $1,300 for this job!

Furthermore, their ad post said free estimates, that simply isn’t the case since they charge a mandatory $100 transportation/arrival fee.

Very impressed. I called them at noon to report that my thermostat wasn't operating - and they were out to fix it by 2:30 the same day. (Couldn't have asked for a better response). Logan, the technician was a true professional. He was very thorough in showing me what caused the fault and how I can prevent it from happening in the future. I would highly recommend them for any HVAC related service issues.

Wonderful experience from the booking to the repair! My husband and I tried to install a Nest thermostat and instead of working we got hot air on a 90 degree day! We called and within an hour someone was here and had our Nest installed and working. Can’t recommend enough. Polite, friendly, and priced right. Thank you!

This is without a doubt the best company I've ever dealt with! They have always come when called do not make me wait there service is impeccable! I called this morning and within an hour they were out here to fix the AC. Their employees are professional courteous and even get along with my dogs. You could not find a better company.

I highly recommend Heat Wave Air Conditioning. My old AC system had been installed in a very problematic area of my attic and was a difficult removal. The Heat Wave team was very experienced and professional, knew exactly what to do, and handled the new install perfectly. There is no substitute for experience! Do yourself a favor and get it done right the first time!

Avoid at all cost! Poor install of a defective unit ( install may have caused defect ). Reused old copper in dirt and water from leaking unit. Reused low voltage wires that are aged from sun with exposed copper . Leaks cold air . Left a 1 1/2” x 18” gap for unfiltered air. They left fill valves exposed for whole storming weekend ( over sand and dirt ). Dan Billingsley, the owner has refused to talk with me. I have requested they remove their equipment and refund our money more than 2 dozen times. So far, 5 sleepless nights from the constant Drumming noise, and owner still refuses to talk with me! AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!
