Our technician, Logan went above and beyond in repairing our air handler. He was very professional, courteous and personable during our 4 hour repair. Awesome customer service! I love HeatWave. I called at 700 am and they returned my call within 2 minutes and had me scheduled within 3 hours.

My HVAC needed a tune up. The two young men who did the service were knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. They explained everything they were doing which included cleaning the inside and outside unit, flushing out the drain line, cleaning the pump, checking the thermostat, and ensuring the temperature coming out of the vents was within the correct range. I will definitely be using this company for all future tune ups and/or repairs!

I did a chat on the website to get an estimate on a new HVAC install. After getting all my info. Booked the time slot from 3-6pm and then the rep is telling me it $100 to $125 for weekends and after hours. Do you agree to the charges? Are you kidding me. You want me to pay for an estimate? Put that on your website and start the conversation with "we don't do free estimates" Disappointing and waist of time. Your company just lost $10k.

My A/C stopped blowing air inside the house while the fan outside would run. Serviceman replaced a module on the motor inside with a temp module and it is working. Follow-up with a new module replacement will arrive within the next day or so. I am grateful that the solution was not more complicated and expensive. The repairman was very professional and courteous. He even pointed out that someone had marked the circuit breaker on the electric panel wrong. We found the right one together and corrected the markings. I am very happy with this service and will not let my contract lapse again. Lesson learned!

I have used Heat Wave for years. They have always been professional and on time. My old unit quit and had to be replaced. After we agreed on a unit and price they gave me an install date two weeks down road. This is Florida in the summer! I told the technician that won't work. He made a phone call and said he will be back in the morning with a temporary unit to handle our house until they can do our install! Good people to do business with.

Very quick response to our call. Tech was knowledgeable and polite. Even with me hovering over watching what he was doing. Cost was very reasonable even with it being after what I would call normal working hours. Hope we don't need them anytime soon but will call again if needed.

Called HeatWave last night around 10 PM to schedule an appointment for the next day because my unit wasn't turning on after it cooled down to the set temperature. Logan was out the next morning at around 9:30 and was able to get my AC working in about an hour with no trouble. He was extremely polite and courteous, and I would not hesitate to recommend him and HeatWave to anyone needing AC work.

Our air unit stopped working at 5:30pm on Friday... Good Friday... Knowing that it was after hours and a weekend, I called Heat Wave since they installed the new unit in 2018. I received a return call from the Heat Wave Technician Logan and he was available within an hour of my initial call. Logan was prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable. He repaired the unit within 30 minutes of arriving and was on his way. We have always been happy with Bay Area and will continue to use this company for service and repair.
