What a great experience, from the beginning to the end. Let start with the first tech that came out to do my service call Carlos, fanatic tech, educated and recommend that I get my a/c since was shot to hell. Second tech; the installation tech Joan, But the crew leader Abel, is the most polite, professional, educational, amazing, courteous person that i have the pleasure of meeting so far. I asked a lot of question and he answered every single one of them and educated me on how to maintain my a/c between my service calls. Third; Office lady Giselle, inside sales, i just cant see enough about my great experience. The ladies are just overall simply nice, treated me like an old time friend not just like a sale. I really cant says enough nice things about them. I have used other companies, and i am glad I went with Premier this time. This was the First time using Premier and I will highly recommend them to friends and family for any A/C needs! Abel (owner) was quick with answering and scheduling me for service and replaced my unit the same day was up and running by that 7pm. Our air conditioner was just replaced by Premier. They are very friendly and professional. When they came into our home, they always wore shoe covers. They replaced the vent and cleaned up all bits of debris that fell and left everything very clean. We immediately noticed the difference in our bedrooms. Very nice and comfortable.
