Can I leave 6 stars? This is hands down the best a/c company we have experienced. Within an hour of my call, a technician was at our house. He diagnosed the problem within a few minutes and then fixed it within 30 minutes. I highly recommend this company, you will be thankful you called them.

Called them again for service because our entire unit busted and they sent someone out the same day to evaluate, they gave me a fair estimate including a discount for the parts I had just purchased a few weeks ago when we tried to save the unit, and their technicians are incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. These guys are hard working! Use Premier for your AC needs and you will see why they are top rated.

You guys are lifesaver for me!! Those scorching days and nights in Florida teased me too much on my business trip. I could not focus on my work due to weather conditions. This company was amazing! Abel and his guys were so attentive to our needs and always professional. They were always on time any time we needed our looked at. Once our rental company approved a replacement, they were there the next day and we have been freezing with our new unit and so happy! So nice since it’s the middle of August and feeling like over 100 degrees outside. I would suggest them at any time in future. I can’t say enough fantastic things about this company and their staff!

If I could give 10 stars I would! Abel is fantastic. He called me immediately and went out to look at our unit in our home we just purchased. He gave a more than fair price and installed the next day with a premium unit. Being new to the area I didn’t know who to call but I do now! I trust him with all of our work now and to come in the future. Premier is an exemplary company that others should follow for integrity, fairness and kindness. Jose was a wonderful technician who worked around our chaos of movers, a moving truck and 3 cars. He didn’t have one complaint and smiled the entire time. He did exceptional work. Premier was an excellent company from start to finish of our new air conditioning system install. We had our a/c unit replaced and they offered the best price and payment option than any of the other companies that gave us a quote. They came out quickly to the house so we didn’t have to continue sweltering in the brutal September Palm Bay heat. Abel the technician that came out, was professional, personable, and recommended quality products without trying to up-sell us on products we didn’t need. The workers were also friendly and professional and got the job done perfectly in one day. I would highly recommend Premier Heating and Cooling to anyone in or around Palm Bay looking for any ac repair work.

I was delighted with the task and attitude of Abel. He came on time, worked through lunch and finished around 6:30 pm on a Wednesday. They were polite of me and my home and my family during the entire day. He answered all my questions about what was being done and assisted with setting up the new thermostat on my husband’s phone. They cleaned thoroughly at the end of the installation and left the place better than they found it. They never complained about working late and made sure we were satisfied before leaving. I recommend them for HVAC work.

This company is absolutely amazing, I contacted them and they got someone to my house same day and then the next day they installed all new units for us. Amazing people and I highly highly recommend, they are hard working and do very very good work. I thank them for getting us situated and hope to do business with them again!

When it comes to Premier Heating and Cooling I would highly recommend them! I called different AC companies for estimates some will call you back or not, others will push you too units that you didn't want or that they had in stock. However when it came to Premier they listen to what I wanted. From day one they were professional as well as courteous. I asked for a Trane two stage system and they were able to get it as well as explain what it does and on what I can expect on save money-wise when it comes to the electricity. Best thing also was they technician was kind and courteous to my family and this whole project from removing the old unit and installing the new unit was flawless and clean!!! I must say when it came to the paperwork for registering the unit and warranty they did it all. Again I highly recommend them. They treat you like family!!! Very happy with their AC Installation service.

These guys have been around a long time and we used them years ago and I feel like they keep getting better and better. Our service man were awesome and knew what was going on and ours was a HARD install (older home and tight quarters). Super please and we asked for the Grandaire brand and we love it. We are very happy with the AC Installation that Premier did. Highly recommended company.

The crew that showed up from Premier was professional and polite.They went about the installation efficiently and made no appreciable mess. They checked everything to make sure we were back running smoothly before they left. The crew was very appreciative of the pizza and lunch that we got for them. Overall is was the best experience that I've had so far with a ac service contractor performing an ac installation.
