After working with more than one AC company. We were recommended to Premier Heating and Cooling by a family friend. Their level of responsibility, honesty and integrity was over the top. The explained well about the diagnosis of the ac and gave us a fair price to repair it. I will recommend them for any ac repair that you need.

When no other local company could, Premier Heating was able to address our situation (or would). The manager's communication was exceptional. The technicians were able to accurately and truthfully diagnose the problem. Overall, I had a positive experience with this firm and would recommend it to others.

Another melbourne company quoted me 8k for the same job. Premier quoted me $725. I was in the process of buying a room ac unit so id only have access to one room in my house. If the repair works I will be amazed. Thank you guys.

Premier Heating & Cooling last May, 2021 and again October 4, 2021 on the same day provided me terrific analysis and the proper path forward on my condo unit that quit working. On October 4 Mr. Pallo responded from a late Sunday evening call early Monday morning and by 9:30 am a knowledgeable company technician determined my latest issue in my old rusted AC/Furnace . Mr. Palla talked to me about my options which were dump another $350 for a second time in this unit when I stoppped him and asked for a quote on a new unit . Rather than quote a low end low life AC/Furnace he quoted a quality brand with a 10 year parts / 1 year labor warranty . It possibly cost more than a low end unit but I trusted Premiers recommendation . Mr. Pallo’s technician began removing my old unit and he delivered a complete new unit and thermostat . It was installed/running by 6:00 pm that evening. All the old parts were removed and things cleaned up perfectly . Abel from Premier Heating & Cooling Inc was absolutely awesome! He was so kind and took the time to walk me through the issue and what needed to happen to fix it. I really appreciate how great his customer service was. I would highly recommend requesting him if you’re calling in for a fix. He’s so knowledgeable and you can tell he truly cares about doing the job right. I will always request Abel if I have any future air conditioner issues!

Abel came to our home within 15 minutes to check our AC not cooling. He quickly assessed the problem with the compressor & offered to check on the Warranty to give a price for replacement. He was professional, courteous & went & got the parts needed & came back the same day & did a fabulous job. I highly recommend. 6 stars!!

From the moment Abel answered his phone I knew I could trust him. Showed up on time, very professional but friendly and approachable at the same time. He didn’t mind the rain while assessing the unit and gave me several options to address the problem. Work was done in time, no surprises or hidden fees. Came home from a 2 week vacation to find out ac not working, when I called several air conditioning repair companies near me and no one could come for 4-5 days. Premier Heating and Cooling had Jose out the very next morning, friendly, honest, professional, and never felt pressured to do unnecessary repairs like I have with other companies. He was able to provide with price per pound of coolant when I called unlike other AC companies that I called.
