I had a great experience with A-Best Air and Heat, Inc.
Desi and Kenny came in respectful and on time and communicated well about the repairs I needed. The issue was fixed less than 15 minutes or at least it seemed that way! The guys listened well and got all my questions answered and gave me recommendations for future upkeep. Also lady on the phone was very pleasant and was flexible around my schedule. Thank you, I appreciate your service!

Very poor rude service. Called them with my AC not working during the summer heat, paid for a site visit and I needed an estimate for repair or replacement ASAP. Management on vacation and couldn't get an estimate for something urgent. Office is very disorganized when I called daily to get an update I got the runaround. Spoke to management very rudely when they were back and they told me I was waisting their time and money with my requests. A profesional company could have been upfront about estimate lead time and no insurance claims before I scheduled a site visit, even I after I explained my needs. Won’t recommend them to anyone. Full week with no AC and paid service call wasted waiting on them for no service!! Extremely disappointed

The Tech was great...was on time...made recommendations and provided status on the equipment health....was frendly and got the job done...Servicing both of my AC UNITS.

Repair Service people always quick to determine problem &?quickly fix A/C. All have been professional & friendly. Highly recommend this Company & personnel.

This is a fantastic company ! Courtney was very helpful with getting us scheduled and so knowledgeable . Kenny arrived ahead of schedule and was excellent ! Gave us all the information we needed to make the best choice for our system and was very professional . This is the way to go for all your HVAC needs !

They were very professional and easy to work with. They got here on time and worked until new AC unit was installed and working great. I would definitely refer them to anyone for work. They were wonderful.

Scheduled 11:00 / 12:00 appointment. No show. Called was told only 1 tech on duty. Gave them benefit of the doubt and waited. Person I spoke with said she would call ahead when tech would be here. Waited until 4:00 called again voice mail. Very poor rude service. Called them numerous times no response. Won’t recommend them to anyone. Full day wasted for no service!!

Jeremy was great! He was friendly, answered all of our questions, and helped us make an informed decision without any pressure. After he left we did our research and made an easy choice.

Our under-sized 12 year old A/C was running non-stop and barely able to keep up. Jeremy first quoted us for cleaning the coils and what it would cost if there were freon leaks. Our system used the expensive (and not environmental friendly) old freon. Even after cleaning the coils there was still a risk of having greater issues and leaks.

It made more sense to replace our aging unit for something efficient, rather dumping a lot of money to keep our old AC alive. 10 yr warranty if you register the unit on the manufacturer website. Looking forward to seeing the impact on our electric bill in the coming months.

Outstanding service, honest. They showed up on time, very professional install. Fixed all our issues and took the the time to explain what was wrong and why the work was needed.
