My air conditioner quit working at 3:30pm, I called A-Best and Sam came out at 5:00pm. This was TRULY the best experience I have ever had with an air conditioner company, from calling the office to meeting Sam. It was so great to talk to the office girl, she was so nice and kind, like she actually enjoys working. . . Sam was so funny, courteous and really knows his stuff. You can tell by his actions and demeanor that he truly loves his job too. HANDS DOWN THE BEST COMPANY AROUND. They are my new air conditioner company. Thanks for all you do Sam, you are amazing!

Amazing team. Called with an ac system down on the hottest days we've had yet this summer and James was out with an estimate for a whole new system (what we requested after already having been round and round with at least 3 other companies) and a next day install date within 30 mins of calling. He knew exactly what we needed for our project and his tenacity and attention to detail sold the job.

He was very approachable and understanding when we wanted to change units and then go back again. They had our unit on the truck and at our house by 9am next day and installer Kieth had us with ice cold air by dinner time. The owner of the company was even here to over look the work before final seal up and I am just overall completely happy with having chose to call these guys! No hassle, no salesman like vibes, just honest guys doing HOT honest work. 2 thumbs up from one small business to another! Will definitely recommend them to anyone needing quality honest Ac repairs! These are the guys you want!

I contacted A-Best on a Monday evening about my AC leaking and they had someone out to my house first thing Tuesday morning. The tech (Sam) was polite, professional and very helpful. Finding a contractor who is this responsive, punctual and also gets the job done is rare these days. I'll definitely use them for any AC issues I have in the future!

I am many miles from my rental home in Palm Bay so I always worry that I will be taken advantage of, however, this company definitely deserves their A+ rating with the BBB! The receptionist is so friendly and helpful and the tech was out the same day I called. When he couldn't find any problems with my AC he called right away to update me and only charged a small fee. I am so impressed with their professionalism and honesty. Thank you!

LIFESAVERS! Great Service!!! Our air went out and we were in dire need! A neighbor recommended them as their "Go-To AC Company" after we called another company and a really pushy Ac salesman came out and told us we needed a complete replacement right away at their sky high prices . A-Best Air and Heats technician was able to fix the issue in 10 minutes and it was AFFORDABLE!! It was an old AC and we decided to replace it , but they gave us time to go over options and price shop. Sarah that runs the office was amazing!! We ended up having them install a new system after that (didn't want anymore breakdowns and we went with them again AFTER we price shopped) and Sarah was awesome at not only making sure we got a good deal but accommodating our complex schedule and getting the job done. This is now our "Go-To AC Company" !!!

A-Best Air and Heat were the only company called who were able to look at our AC the same day. They quickly identified the problem and got the required parts ordered. They were able to get the AC running again within 24 hours. Will call them again if needed.

Had an ac issue during peak summer time. Steve the technician was here within 2 hours or less. Very nice guy and explained all of the issues at hand and the causes. Walked me through the entire repair. Capacitor was not performing up to voltage standards and was affecting my fan motor and draw on the compressor. Replaced it at a decent price ( yes I could have done it myself and saved a few bucks ) but with his knowledge and professional diagnosis and he explained everything in detail with readouts etc.. it was worth it. I think he will be my go to on further issues.

My experience with this company was very positive. The office person is friendly and set an appointment for the same afternoon that I called. The technician was on time, presented himself well and was knowledgeable. We plan on buying a new AC system in a couple months and will be using A Best for this.
