If I could give 10 STARS I would! We had only been in our new house for 5 days and noticed the blower wasn't shutting off on our AC. I called A-Best and within 2 hours a tech visited diagnosed the problem (Blower Motor), ordered the part and the next day if was fixed! The Tech (Corbin) was very respectful to our property taking care not to soil or disrupt the area being serviced. A perfect experience! Do not hesitate to call A-Best you will not be disappointed!

Called for a service call because unit was not cooling. Office manager was amazing and pleasant. She scheduled me for a service call immediately. The technician came out and diagnosed the system and stated that I had a bad motor. He called the office to see if they had my motor type in stock. . They did. A staff member from the company delivered it to my house and the technician replaced it and the issue was solved. The service rendered was top notch and his attitude was great. Funny thing is, I had another company come out only to tell me that i needed a new system. THANKS A-best for saving me $$$$s!!!

This was our first time using A-Best Air & Heat and we were pleased with our service. The receptionist was kind enough to reschedule me for a different time because my originally scheduled time didn't work. The tech arrived within the specified time allotted to me. Cory, our technician, worked efficiently at cleaning out the dryer vent and was very professional. Their prices were the lowest I found, and they are insured, I would recommend their services to anyone in need of vent cleaning.
Just a side note: While outside in my yard yesterday I could actually smell the scent of my clothes drying. It was exciting to know that the vent was clean and working.

Very nice from the beginning with a caring voice on the phone. Tech was supposed to show up between 2 and 4 pm. He called at 1:30 and was at my house at 1:50. Which is a very nice change from other service companies. He also did not stop until he was done which was under an hour for the repair putting him early for the next customer. The tech also answered all my questions and never got annoyed. Great job and great people. The price was also a competative price. Thank you A-Best.

Do Not get the Summer Tune up special. It is a rip off! Over the weekend I had an issue with capacitor on my AC unit. I was able to temporally fix the issue and find the part online (roughly $40 with shipping). I probably could have replaced it myself, but figured I would get the unit serviced since I live near the beach and the capacitor was rusted out. Finding A-Best online, I called and spoke with someone who said the will come out the next day and replace the capacitor and give me their Summer Tune Up Special. He couldn't quote me on the capacitor replacement, but it would be between $120-180. He told me they would have to diagnose the issue first.
The technician came out and was very nice. I showed him what I did and the issue I thought was wrong. He told me that capacitor replacement is $165, which is in the range I was told, but there was no diagnosis on his end. He just replaced the part and looked inside the air handler. Checked wires and told me that I should put vinegar in condensation line once a month since there was some build up. Then handed me a bill for $235. Capacitor $165, Summer Tune up $70. There was no AC test equipment hooked to my unit, and I feel like all he did was give a visual inspection. What a scam. Should have done the work myself and saved the extra $200 for when something did happen to AC.
I did get the capacitor replaced, but do not feel any better about what shape my unit is in. I feel like A-Best did their best to over charge me for work that took their technician less than 1 hr from the time he pulled into my driveway, until he pulled out.
I don't mind paying for work done, but feel like they really overcharged. I would never call them again for anything.

The ac units I currently have were installed through these guys. They didn't call in to warranty the units. So, parts and labor was not valid. Every year a major problem occurs with these units. I had to make a service call a few days ago because one of my units went out before Christmas. The tech was on time for coming out and assessed the issue quickly. He also cleaned out my condenser pump. The price I got quoted was the highest quote I received from 8 different ac companies in the same area. A few days later the other unit wasn't working. I found out that the same tech didn't plug the condenser pump back in after cleaning it out. I would not recommend this company to anyone. I have had nothing but trouble with them and their units.

Came back from vacation to find AC not operating correctly. Called A-Best, they had a tech come out that evening. He got us up and cooling after determining that we were low on Freon,(Bill is the best), came back the next day to find where the leak actually was. Unfortunately for us we needed to replace the indoor evaporator, chose to replace whole handler due to age of system.
Bill worked his magic, new unit to be installed Monday.
Julie in the office was very efficient and knowledgeable and super kind.
Yes I would highly recommend them and definitely recommend the people we actually worked with.

My AC stopped working at my office. I called another AC company that came out and told me numerous things were wrong with my unit. I felt they were trying to over sell me, so I called A Best Air + Heat for a second opinion. The secretary was professional and very nice and had someone there the same day. Come to find out, it was not numerous things, and a very simple fix.
Excellent service, and prices. Thanks to them they saved me lots of money and my place is cold again!!
I will be using them for all further AC issues and would highly recommend them !!!

Chris was excellent and very thorough. Corrected problems left by previous repair tech earlier in the day. Problem was only a run capacitor. Previous repair shop claimed multiple component failures costing over $500.00. A-Best Air & Heat Inc. repaired my A/C for half that amount.
