Called about 8:30 am. Dispatcher was very nice and informed me they would arrive between 10 and 12. About 10:15 got a call from the tech informing me he was 15 min out. Corey the tech was easy to work with, asked what my issues were and got right to work. Problem was resolved in timely manner. I will use them in the future and highly recommend them

Excellent service. My AC wasn't blowing cold air. I had another company take a look prior to A-Best and they suggested replacing the entire system for over $5,000. The A-Best technician found the refrigerant leak in minutes and had the part replaced, recharged, and running within the hour for 1/7th of the price.

Was recommended by a friend to call A-Best Air & Heat first when my Air Conditioning stopped working, and they did not disappoint. They were courteous and professional from the start, gave me a great price on the repair of my ac unit and assured me that if I had any future issues they would promptly come back out same day. I recommend their service to anyone needing heating or air conditioning service, installation or repair in Brevard County.

A-Best Air was very cordial in setting up an appointment for a technician to come to our house to work on our duct work. The tech who came out was very professional, polite, knowledgeable about the job to be done and was very informative about ways to take care of our AC/Heat system. We would definitely ask them to take care of any future problems that might occur.

I had a technician come out due to our a/c not blowing cold air. The inside coil was frozen over and we agreed with the technician that he could return in the morning to find the leak. Next morning he returned and advised us that the outside coil was leaking as well as the accumulator. Repair and parts would be $2,900. Advised a new system for $5,200 was the other option. We called another company for a 2nd opinion. They found that just the accumulator was leaking and the repair was under $808.00. I had used A-Best in the past and felt they would give me a fair shake, this experience has soured me from using them in the future. The 2nd opinion Tech showed me there was no oil coming from the coil and was confused why A-Best's technician would have made this determination. I hope this won't happen to others in the future, $5,200 is a big price to pay for a technicians misdiagnosis.
I would like to clarify that I feel this was an honest mistake by the Technician. In no way do I feel that he wanted to take advantage of us by recommending the A/C system replacement. We are all human and can make mistakes, I hold no ill will towards the Technician.
UPDATE - I spoke with the owner, we agreed this was an unfortunate incident.

Had A-best come out to fix our AC. After three visits over the span of a week and $500 they finally figured out what was wrong. Their technician barely spoke English and the woman who answered the phone Everytime I called was rude and unhelpful. We ended up having to call a different company: Ken Williams AC. Not only did they come out the very next morning, but they also found the root problem (compressor) and replaced it before noon.

I had another company come to the house to repair the air conditioning system. They said there was nothing they could do and I needed a new system. I called A-Best. Sam showed up and corrected the questionable work that the previous technician did and instead of $8000, I paid about $400. The system works just fine. Sam is a great American.

An FPL transformer was struck by lightning which went on to effect our Florida rental property air conditioner. I called A-Best Air & Heat (after reading all the reviews). They answered the phone immediately and were able to get to our property quickly. They diagnosed it as needing a new capacitor and thermostat. The repairman called and discussed what transpired and told us how much it would cost. We had them complete the work immediately (on the spot). We are so thankful for their promptness and honesty (as we live in OH)! We will definitely use them again and refer to our friends and family. Thank you!!

Came out same day I called and fixed. Since they could clean/repair parts on it, only charged service fee. Person I dealt with in the office was professional and polite. Definitely recommend.

Our A/C was suddenly not cooling as previously. We called A-Best Air & Heat, Inc. explained our problem and were given an appointment the same day. The technician arrived on time and within a short period was able to find our problem. He was very knowledgeable and was able to fix our problem immediately. We are very pleased with the service and with their quick response and our A/C is working great! Thank you A-Best Air & Heating.
