Chris was the name of our service man that came to the house; what a pleasure to have someone in your home that makes you feel immediately at ease. His knowledge of experience was only surpassed by his patience in explaining to my wife and I exactly what he was doing and why. After calling A-Best competitors and paying a premium for an evaluation, I was met by a tech who seemingly did not want to be at my home. He ran diagnostics using state-of-the-art equipment which was quite impressive. When he finished, I had a quote to replace my entire air handler for a price higher than I paid for it new. I then called A-Best and had Chris, a lead tech, come and re-evaluate the problem. Chris, using the same state-of-the-art diagnostic test equipment, immediately discovered the problem was not what their competitors found, but was the ACTUAL problem. It cost me half what the others charged. Chris completed the job on the same day as his diagnosis, sourcing the correct part, installing it, and cleaning up. I'm a real customer who had a real problem and wished I called A-Best 1st. Thanks Chis!

I was a customer of 'A Best' for 20 years. But I've gone to Freedom. 'A Best' lacks a strong communication ethic, does not keep commitments, does not follow-up and seemingly does not care. A good thing about Florida is lots of HVAC service options.

Worked on my ancient ac system and really went out of their way to find antiquated parts to fix it. This company stands by their word! Between Eric and Chris job well done! Chris was absolutely amazing working on the old unit in the 90 degree heat! His expertise on old systems worked wonders. Thanks to all.

Had an issue with a leak. From what Eric had told me on previous call I could hook my shop-vac to the discharge line outside. I did and got some "gunk" out of the line and added vinegar to the line inside to flush. This helped a little but was still leaking. Called A-Best and the sent out Desi and Kenny. The came out and saw that the line was still clogged. They hooked up their vac and cleared the line. Desi took the time to explain to me what he was doing and had me come inside so I could hear what it should sound like when the line was clear. He and Kenny refilled the line and started the system back up...works perfect again. Desi is the type of person that you enjoy having work on your stuff. Knowledgeable, personable and cares about the customer. He went way beyond what would be expected and ensured that my system was in perfect running order and took the time to explain things to me and point out things that I can do myself between the annual services I have them do. This is why I've been with A-Best since 1985. RIP Richard...your company is still providing the same excellent service you provided back then. Rick

Great service, had them install an ac a couple years ago. Had a massive storm hit the house and blew a hole through the compressor at 8pm at night. Came out the next day and had it fixed 100%. Couldn't be happier! Thank you guys, my family appreciates it!

This company is the best my first experience with them was great I will call them for now on. Chris the technician was great he was down right honest on what need to be done and, not trying to pull a fast one I respect that. This company have a customer for life I would highly recommend to others. Keep up the great business.
