Great experience with Chris today while he cleaned the ducts in our townhome. Professional, friendly, and punctual - everything we wanted! If he is a representation of the rest of the company, we will be customers for a very long time.

We have been customers of A Best since we moved to Florida in 1999. We were unaware of the recent change of ownership of the business when we contracted them to replace our aging and current-hungry cooling system. We never saw this coming.
All was fine and good until 2 months after the installation, what we consider within the warranty period, the system could not keep the set temperature. We made a call and the service technician arrived at 4:30 on a Friday afternoon. He told us that the dirty air filter was restricting airflow and that was the cause of the problem. We refused to pay the service charge (because they claimed that the call was related to poor maintenance) and said we would call tomorrow when the problem recurred. It did (surprise). Now we were on the hook for a weekend service charge, but they agreed to send the technician who installed the system. He charged the freon and unexpectedly inspected the attic ducting. The system operated as it should for the next two days. When we called back again because the problem reoccurred, we expected A Best to perform a leak test as the technician informed me was the next step. Contrary to what we were told by the technician, the receptionist informed me that the problem was the attic ducting.
Having had enough of the run-around from A Best, we called another service company, willing to pay a service charge just to get our system working reliably. Within 10 minutes, the service technician diagnosed a leak in the coil, that he could hear when he removed the cover. The cover had never been removed and still had the factory seal on it.
Now we are paying for the labor to replace the warranty part, because A Best will NEVER receive another call or another penny from us.

As usual, the service was quick and the issue was resolved just as quickly. The tech was extremely professional, polite and knowledgeable about air conditioning. Several tips were provided to help me keep my system in top notch condition, of which I am very appreciative. I am very happy with the service I receive at A Best Air.

I got home from a long day at work to find my AC was not working. I immediately called A-Best Air & Heat and they were at my house within 15 minutes. Cory was awesome!! He figured out the issue and fixed it. My cats and I were very happy this was resolved so quickly! I highly recommend A-Best Air & Heat! Great job!!

The gentleman that came was very very polite, attentive, thorough, experienced, I can't say more about him. He got my air conditioner going and I am just overwhelmed with gratitude for how he took care of everything.

I arrived home from work on a Monday night around 5:30pm to discover my 14 year old AC was out. A-Best Air and Head had a technician at my house in 30 minutes. I had a new, and much improved, AC system installed by Wed. The work was done professionally and they took care of the details that separates a company collecting a paycheck and a company that takes pride in their work. I am happy with the customer service, work ethic, and professional competency of this company and I can recommend them with confidence.

Our old A/C system was not working effectively and we called A-Best. The next morning a technician arrived and quickly diagnosed the problem. We decided to replace it with a 3 ton, 15 Seer Rheem Heat Pump unit, which included an air handler, thermostat, drain line and outdoor pad. Everything arrived in two days and was installed on arrival. The technicians were professional, courteous and efficient. The new system is a huge improvement and our home is much more comfortable. Everyone at A-Best is a pleasure to work with and we have always been satisfied with their services.
