I called A-Best Air at 3 PM on a Saturday afternoon. The young lady I talked to was very courteous and said she would call the repair tech. So I looked for the paperwork on my air conditioner. 5 minutes top, I look outside and there was their truck. Tech named Chris came in,I explained the problem and he knew exactly what was wrong. He fixed the problem, checked Temps coming out the vents and gave me the invoice. Total time was 30 minutes. Chris was a very pleasant person. I would highly recommend this company-and ask for Chris.

We had a very positive experience with this company. Chris was our technician. He came out quickly, on time, and was very nice and very professional. He was knowledgable and knew what he was doing. Got our air conditioning working very well and gave us a reasonable estimate on getting our system replaced. I would definitely recommend this local family owned business and I would use them again. We have used other companies before and none were as good.

OMG for sure the best experience I ever had with ANY contractor. First of all from the moment their customer service operator (Meredith)picked up the phone, it was an absolute delight. She was patient, understanding, knowledgable, polite, very professional and personable at the same time and she was more concerned with helping me with my A/C issue than she was in getting my money. She walked me through a troubleshooting strategy to temporarily isolate the problem until Sam the technician arrived. By the way, Meredith did give me a 2 hour window of an ETA (as almost all other companies do) for Sam between 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM but UNLIKE all the other companies, Sam literally called me at 5:30 PM and was at my door promptly at 6:00 PM. I failed to mention that my HVAC was installed by Palm Bay Air and Heat on March 9, 2018...YES March 2018 I paid them $4,000 in cash for a new unit that malfunctioned a year and a half later so naturally that was the company I called first at 3:00 PM only to be lied to and then told that because I didn't have a maintenance contract in place that I would have to pay $59.95 with a credit card PRIOR to them even scheduling a service call which they couldn't guarantee until 9:00 PM and because it was past work hours, I would be paying an overtime rate. A-Best Air and Heat has a A+ rating on BBB and that is a big deal. This is an honest, reliable, professional and most importantly, DEPENDABLE. My A/C is now perfect thanks to A-Best. I did purchase a maintenance contract w/A-Best and would recommend ALL FAMILY AND FRIENDS to use ONLY A-BEST. Thank you Meredith and thank you Sam and thank you A-BEST! AAAAAAA+++++++++++

Our AC was working fine, we moved in a little over four months ago, the house is only 4 years old. The AC was working then suddenly it wasn't. I called and Eric for A Best showed up with in an hour and that is amazing. Seems like a little lizard decided to take a nap and fried himself and a component of the system. Not only did Eric look everything over to assure us all else was well, he took the time to show us what happened so we understood why it happened so suddenly. Thank you. My husband was construction after the military and so we know that the response we received was a company that was willing to go the extra to help us out. I didn't even have to say my husband is a disabled vet because I think Eric and A Best take care of everyone. Thank you so much. From the lady who took my call I also say thank you. My A/C went out at 2pm on a Thursday in July. The temperature in the house got up in the high 80s and I had four children with me. I called A-Best Air and Heat panicking, not knowing if I had to spend the night in scorching heat. They understood my situation and told me that they would have someone out to repair the unit by 5pm. It took their guy about 15 minutes and the A/C was running perfecting again. Their pricing is one of the lowest in town as well. I was so surprised and happy with the quickness, quality and professionalism of A-Best Air. The are the best!!

I called on a Friday to see if they were able to do a regular maintenance check on my air conditioning.
Less than a hour later they were at my house! Friendly, knowledgeable, thorough. Would recommend 👌
