The technician who arrived was within the scheduled window and diagnosed the issue right away, he explained it to me, and corrected it. I want to thank Premier Heating and Cooling for their SUPERIOR SERVICE once again; this is the third installation in my old Palm Bay house. They sent possibly the sweetest guys to install the AC unit. One of the men even turned on a water valve I couldn’t reach and hooked up the hose outside when he took his break. Now his Mama raised him right and he knows how to do! Both guys were really a good team. Thank you, Premier for replacing my old ac and installation a great quality one.

I hadn't had A/C for about a week, was waiting for other estimates (that I didn't get) and got a recommendation from a friend to contact Premier. They are AMAZING! I spoke with them yesterday morning, and I had a new unit - on the roof (crane involved) - last night.

The entire process of the purchase and installation of our new air conditioner was made easy with Premier. Joan was very professional and answered all our questions. Our installation team, Carlos and Abel, did an outstanding job. They went the extra mile for us rebuilding our deck. Just got my A/C installed! & I must say, I was impressed from the initial visit to the completion of the install. Shout out to Abel & Daryl. Very professional, respectful, and honest. I shopped around for a good 3 months. Did a lot of research, had many quotes, but after comparing apples to apples there is no doubt I got a top of the line unit (Carrier) for almost half of what everyone else was charging. If you are ever in need of a new unit or need work done on your existing one, this is the company you want in your home. Craftsmanship was very neat and clean. Great job guys!

Abel, the owner, stayed in contact regarding preparations to replace my AC and heating units and scheduling the job. His crew showed up on time, were polite, friendly, and knew what they were doing. Jose and Chris, came when the time came for their part of the work, worked as a team. They worked all day and into the evening til the job was done. They cleaned everything up before they left. One would never know they’d been here if not for the new unit outside and the new one in the attic. It’s so quiet that you can’t hear it running. The guys at Premier Heating and Cooling were very professional. They are the only ones I will be calling for service and maintenance
