Called around 1:30 today then waited close 6 hours. I called 2 twice 4:30 and 6 pm to find out when the tech will arrive. I received the tech will call when he will arrive. 7pm and now looking for another ac company. No call no show….unprofessional.

3 years ago this company replaced by old ac unit with a new model. It was a smooth process and they couldn't have been more polite or professional. This week they came out for annual servicing of my ac, and the tech was again helpful and professional. He answered all my questions and explained what I should do to keep my ac running at its best. José was recommended to me by my neighbor, and I would gladly recommend them to others.

I usually don't make comments about businesses that make repairs to my home, but in this case i will make an acceptation.
I was in need for a technetium to remove coils from my three air conditioner unites because mold was detected on several locations around the baseboards.
Premier Heating and Cooling responded to the call and a young technetium named Jose was assigned. He was not only polite and courteous, he displayed a broad knowledge of air conditioning. Each coil was removed and cleaned by hand, sometimes requiring sanding of rust accumulation. He then reassembled the parts, tested the units performance and cleaned up the area before moving on to the next one.
He spent about 11 hours completing the jobs and rechecked each unit before departing.
I have had dealings with other ac companies in the past, but none ever showed such dedication to his work as this young man.
He is a credit to this company which is family owned and operated and I will recommend them to everyone in my area. They will certainly be my go to company for ac repairs.

I used Premier Heating and Cooling to replace my ac unit. They came out on 06/04 to diagnose the issue with my unit. He gave me options for repairing and replacing. They came back the next day early to replace my ac unit. They gave me quality service and was very efficient. They clean and deodorize the duct system and made the house smell refreshing. I used Premier to do maintenance in my Furnace. They are always on time and very honest. They are always on time, considerate, and very honest. I find it assuring that they have such long term employees. I’ve used them for over 3 years here in Palm Bay and it’s always the same technician that comes out. Today was someone different on my last minute call for help last night, but even he has been with them a very long time. Very reliable company!

Our AC system shut down and Abel and Jose immediately responded. Having a 2 year old child this was an absolute blessing. Not only did Abel provide a window unit to keep the home cool until the unit came in the following morning but we had our system completed immediately the following day. Our AC system shut down on a Saturday night. I called Premier, and talked with a gentleman who suggested a possible quick repair we could do and set us up for a Monday maintenance call. His suggested repair worked, but that was the factor that prompted us to have a new system installed. Jose came out and spent several hours checking our system, taking temperature readings, and measuring the areas that would be serviced. His quote for a new system was quite a pleasant surprise. One thing that really impressed me was that Premier provides portable AC units to keep you cool while the work is being done. I highly recommend Premier Heating and Cooling .

We found a leak in our attic AC unit and Premier Heating and Cooling was able to come out the next day and fix the unit, repair the leak and install a new drainage pan to keep our central air in top shape. Their work was top notch and their customer service and interaction was even better.
