The tech was one-time, courteous, professional, and friendly. He took the time to explain everything he was check as well as the results. There was no "push" for additional services. Our unit is less than 3 years old and still under warranty (through the manufacturer as well as the company that installed it), so I was not concerned about any problems.
This was just a preventative maintenance AC service required to maintain the warranty, and the special offered through Original Company was too good to pass up. I will recommend Premier heating and cooling to all my friends and family.

These people have been around for a long time, and we've employed them before, and I believe they're only growing better. Our techs (Aron and Jose) were AMAZING and knew exactly what they were doing, and ours was a DIFFICULT install (older home and tight quarters). We specifically requested the Grandaire brand, which we adore. We also purchased the extended warranty that they offered, which was reasonably priced. We didn't want to buy TWO new systems in less than a year, but everything seemed to go wrong at the same time. We're glad we went with Premier.

Premier has been great with the service they have recently provided us. They did a new pipe installation through our ceiling to fix a leak and improve the overall system for a high efficiency. This is by far the best ac repair service company in Palm Bay.

The service center staff were personable and professional and followed up with prompt emails and texts confirming the appointment for my air conditioning repair service. The I got both a friendly call and a text when the service person was on his way to my house. The service man, Juan, was professional, fair with the price and got the job done efficiently and well. All around very positive experience with Premier Heating and Cooling!

I needed air conditioning repair in Palm Bay and my neighbor recommended Premier. I have worked with HVAC companies for several different properties over the years. I am always pleased and impressed from the person who picks up the phone to the technician that comes out. Our technician today, Abel, got things diagnosed and fixed quickly. (Air coming out was not cold, it was the capacitor that broke in a way that the fan was still working but the compressor was not working.) He also was teaching us ways to maintain the system. Highly recommend.

My outside unit stopped working and a bad cold snap was only a couple of days away. I called Premier because they were very close to my house. Even though they were very busy and fully booked they were still able to get a tech there by the end of the day. He found the problem but it was too late to get a new part. He was there bright and early the next morning to remove the bad part (under warranty) and they managed to make a 150 mile round trip to get the replacement. He got back to me before dinner and installed the part and now it works perfectly. All of this when they were booked up with other work! They are now my "go to" company if I have any HVAC issues.
