Fantastic company. Just moved to Port Saint Lucie from New Jersey. Finding a reputable, great company is difficult. Abel was professional and completely honest with inspecting and repairing my AC system. A part needed to be replaced and he explained in detail why; he did not push anything extra or recommend any expensive add one.

My wife and I were very impressed with his company and will definitively be using Abel for all maintenance and future needs.

We are selling our home and need to get a professional AC tech out to review our buyers inspection report! Abel came out asap, was very easy to communicate with and arrived right on time. He walked us through the report and in detail explained everything that was brought up in the report. Luckily the report was not accurate at all and he gave us peace of mind knowing that there were no problems of concern. He was very professional and honest. His knowledge of ac services were outstanding and you can walk away feeling confident that his 10+ years of experience is 100% accurate. We will now from this point on be using this company for any future business we may need.

I called Premier after another company took over a week to repair our ac that was out in august in Palm Bay, FL. They sent someone right away and got the part I needed and had the repair complete within 2 hours. They were so fast and their tech was professional, honest and knowledgeable. I will use Premier Heating and Cooling for any air conditioning service repair that arise in the future.

Our air conditioner broke down and called all over Palm Bay looking for an affordable company. Everyone gave us ridiculous quotes, but it wasn't very good. We finally found Premier Heating and Cooling, and within a few hours they were in our house to see the unit. They gave us many different options and deals that were very reasonable. After agreeing on what to do, we set the date and time when they would come back and install. They were on time, very professional and friendly, chilling our house, running the air conditioner, and it was less time than they say. My ac system went out during the summer. I figured if I waited until winter, I'd get a better deal. The original company that I called first never showed, so I called Premier. The next day, the sales department came out on time and when requested. I picked out the HVAC system to be installed and the next day, it was completely finished. Everything was installed within 24H! I'd like to pay a special thanks to Jose the Chaco foreman, Aron who cleaned up and finished the job, and the whole crew! They were wonderful, friendly, and very professional! If you ever need AC Installation in Palm Bay or Brevard County, this is the best company I found. From the office to the field guys, everything went smooth and they are very nice people to work with. I will give them 20 Stars if I could lol😃. That’s how happy I am.

Very professional and responsive company. Great service and same day fix after scheduling the service. I have used several ac repair companies in palm bay but Premier Heating and Cooling just went above beyond. The technician explained everything that was going on with my system and did not try sell me anything that i didn't need. I will give them a 10 star but i can only do 5. Thanks again.

Abel was AMAZING!!!! This is my second time using this company. All around great customer service from the second I called! Was very friendly and very helpful over the phone!! I'm always very uncomfortable having service people in my home, but not this time, very professional and left my unit cleaner than the way he found it!! We just had a routine maintenance call and the price quoted over the phone was the exact price we paid!! This guy even offered to change a light bulb for me!!
